Claims (1)

  1. 합성수지 등으로서 상자체(1)를 성형하되, 소형의 상자체를 제조시는 종과 횡으로 얇게 형성한 절곡부(2) 및 (2')를 각각 형성하고 양측단부에 "" 형의 삽입요흠(4') 및 ""형의 삽입부(4)가 각각 형성되도록 상자판체를 사출성형 또는 압출성형하여 조립사용하도록 하거나, 또는 상기 상자체(1)의 외주표면에 일정 간격으로 종과 횡으로 돌출부(5)가 형성되도록 하여 제품을 수장한 상자체를 적층시 하중에 충분히 견디도록 하며, 중,대형의 포장상자를 제조시, 각 격판(7)의 외측판(8)은 장방형의 요홈(9)과, 요부(10) 및 상,하개폐판(3) 및 (3')을 이루도록 절곡부(2')를 형성하였으며, 내측판(8')은 장방형의 돌출삽입부(11)를 형성토록 하여 내외측 판(8')및 (8)을 조립시키도록 하고, 고정격판(12)은 외측판이 삽입돌편(15) 및 돌출삽입부(14)를 형성토록 하여 이 외측판 (13)에 삽입요흠17) 및 통공(18)을 가진 내측판(16)이 조립되어 고정격판(12)을 이루도록 하며, 상기 격판(7)과 고정격판(12)을 조립하여 중,대형 상자체를 형성하도록 하며, 또 격판(7)을 양측 단부에 각각 ""형의 삽입요흠(23) 및 삽입돌부(25)를 형성토록 사출성형 또는 압출성형하되, 이를 조합하여 상자체를 이루도록 한 조립식 포장상자의 제조방법.
