Claims (3)
- 알루미늄 베타-황동을 얻기 위한 동을 기재로한 금속합금에 있어서, 아연 5-35wt%, 알루미늄 1-10wt%, 니오북과 티탄의 총량 0.01-0.2wt%, 나머지(remainder)불순물과 다른 합금원소를 포함하는 동을 포함하며, 상기 합금에 포함되어 있는 니오북과 티탄의 중량비를 동일하도록함을 특징으로 하는 상기 합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금에는 니오북 0.1wt%, 티탄 0.1wt%을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 합금.
- 상기 제1 및 제 2 항에 의한 합금 중 어느 하나의 합금에 해당하는 조성물을 가진 합금을 용융(fusion)하고, 니오북 및 티탄을 Cu-Zn-Al합금에 동시 부가 및 캐스팅(casting)처리시켜 그 제조된 응고합금을 약 800℃의 온도에서 열압출처리하고 그 다음 500℃이상의 온도에서 각각의 재가열상으로 산포시킨(inter spersed) 냉간 드로오잉상(cold drawing plases)으로 처리하며 그 다음 그 합금을, 700-800℃로 가열시킨 다음 신속한 냉각(담금질)처리를 하는 용액 열처리를 시킴을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄-베타 황동을 얻는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
