Claims (5)

  1. 적어도 하나의 자축이 튀어나와 있는 몸체 부위로서, 상기 자축은 상기 몸체 부위에서 튀어나온 외부 마찰면과 상기 마찰면에서 튀어나온 외부 베어링면을 포함하는 상기 몸체 부위; 개방 단부와 내부 베어링면이 있는 베어링 컵으로서, 상기 베어링 컵이 상기 자축 주위에 배치되어 있어서 상기 베어링 컵의 상기 내부 베어링면이 상기 자축의 상기 외부 베어링면 주위에 동축선상으로 배치되는 상기 베어링 컵; 상기 베어링 컵이 상기 자축에 대해 회전할 수 있도록 상기 베어링 컵의 상기 내부 베어링면과 상기 자축의 상기 외부 베어링 면 사이에 배치되는 베어링 수단; 상기 베어링 컵의 상기 내부 베어링면 내에 고정 배치되고 상기 자축과 밀봉 결합하기 적합한 시일 조립체; 그리고 상기 베어링 컵에 연결되고 축선 연장 부위와 반경방향 연장부위를 포함하는 먼지막이로서, 상기 반경 방향 연장부위는 상기 베어링 컵의 개방 단부에 인접하여 연장하고 내부 마찰면에서 종결되며, 상기 먼지막이의 상기 내부 마찰면은 상기 자축의 상기 외부 마찰면과 마찰 결합하여 상기 베어링 컵을 자축상에 보유하는 상기 먼지막이; 로 구성되는 유니버셜 조인트용 십자 부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 먼지막이는 상기 축선 연장부위상에 형성된 방사상 내향 연장 플랜지를 더 포함하고, 상기 플랜지는 상기 먼지막이를 베어링 컵에 제거 가능하게 연결하도록 상기 베어링 컵의 외부면에 형성된 원주상 홈과 겨합되는 상기 십자부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 먼지막이는 상기 반경 방향 연장 부위와 상기 축선 연장부위의 내부면 전체에 형성된 적어도 하나의 홈을 더 포함하는 상기 십자 부재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반경 방향 연장부위와 상기 축선 연장부위의 내부면 전체에 걸쳐서 방사상으로 다수의 홈들이 형성된 상기 십자부재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자축들은 상기 외부 마찰면과 상기 외부 베어링면 사이에 있는 경사면과 상기 경사면과 상기 외부 베어링면 사이에 있는 밀봉면을 더 포함하고, 상기 경사면과 상기 외부베어링면은 상기 시일 조립체에 의해 결합되기 적합한 상기 십자 부재.
