Claims (3)
- 전압센서부의 출력이 필터(10), 가변저항(11) 분리증폭부(IA2), 저역필터(12)를 차례로 통하여 전압 드라이브(14)로 인가됨과 동시에 파형 정형부(13)를 제어하게 연결하고, 전류 센싱부의 출력 또한 필터(2), 가변저항(6), 분리증폭부(IA1), 저역필터(7), 파형정형부(13)를 차례로 통하여 전류 드라이브(9)로 인가되게 연결하되 저역필터(12)와 (7)의 시정수를 달리하여, 용접 쇼트시의 충격 전류를 제어함을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어용 ARC제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전압 센싱부를 OP앰프(1), 저항 (R1-R4)으로 된 신호 증폭부(A)와 오프셋 조정부(B)와 OP앰프(3), 가변저항(VR2)으로 된 이득 조정부(C)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어용 ARC제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저역필터(12)의 출력으로 제어되는 트랜지스터(14)의 콜렉터를 DC콘버터(15)의 입력단에 연결하여 펄스 정형부(13)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 로보트 제어용 ARC 제어 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
