소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프

제1도는 사용되기 전의 클램프의 한 실시예를 나타낸 본 발명에 따른 평면도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 클램프를, 파이프를 고정하기 위해 겹쳐진 후에 나타낸 평면도,
제3도는 제2도의 선 A-A를 따라 절단한 단면을 나타내는 단면도.
제4도는 제1도와 동등한 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 평면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 파이프를 고정하기 위한 고정벽을 가지고 있고, 고정벽은 세로로 뻗은 실린더모양으로 직사각형판의 가로방향의 중심부분을 구부림으로써 형성되며, 상기 고정별과 인접한판의 단부로 형성되는 평평한 지지벽은 하나의 지지벽이 다른 지지벽과 겹쳐져 있고, 상기 클램프가 기초에 고정될 때 서로 동심을 이룰 수 있도록 배치된 각각의 구멍들을 가지고 있는, 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프에 있어서, 상기 다른 지지벽의 가장자리에서 돌출한 상기 하나의 지지벽 돌출단부로 형성된 고정벽을 포함하고, 상기 고정벽은 파이프 고정시 상기하나, 즉 제1지지벽이 겹쳐질때에 상기 다른, 즉 제2지지벽을 고정하며, 상기 고정벽은 상기 설비구멍과 동심을 이루기 우해 설비된 구멍을 가지고 있고, 절단부는 상기 제1지지벽의 접힌부분의 측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단부가 원형의 구멍이나 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프와 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단부가 노치인 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2지지벽이 그것의 경계부에 설비된 돌출부를 가지고 있고, 상기 돌출부는 상기 절단부와 맞물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절단부가 상기 제1지지벽의 가장자리의 중심부분에 설비되고, 상기 돌출부가 상기 제2지지벽의 경계부 가장자리의 중심에 설비되는 것은 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절단부가 상기 제1지지벽의 양측에 설비되어 있고, 상기 돌출부는 상기 제2지지벽의 가장자리부분의 양측에 설비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파이프가 금속파이프나 수지튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 관상의 덮개 요소가 상기 파이프의 바깥경계와 상기 고정벽의 안경계사이에 끼워 넣어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 요소가 고무재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소직경 파이프의 배치 및 고정용 클램프.
