Claims (16)
- 기본적인 마약 또는 약물 및 필터수단에 대한 결합체로 처리된 셀룰로스성 필터수단을 통해 체액을 여과하고, 필터수단상에서 상기 필터수단을 마약 또는 약물에 대한 색 지시제와 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 결합제는 다음 일반식HOOC-R-COOH(상기식에서 R은 탄소원자수 4 내지 6이 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 2 내지 12의 알킬, 탄소원자수 2내지 12의 알킬렌, 탄소원자수 5또는 6의 헤테로고리 및 페닐로 구성된 군에서 선택된다)의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 체액에서 기본적인 마약 또는 약물을 검출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카르복실산에 말레산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카르복실산이 아디프산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 체액에 소변인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터수단이 필터 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디스크는 다층으로 이루어져 있고 상기 층의 적어도 하나는 상기 층 및 마약 또는 약물에 대한 상기 결합제로 처리된 셀룰로스성 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색 지시제가 티오시안산 제1코발트 및 테트라브로모페놀프탈레인 에틸에스테트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음 일반식HOOC-R-COOH (Ⅰ)(상기식에서 R은 탄소원자수 4 내지 6이 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 2 내지 12의 알킬, 탄소원자수 2내지 12의 알킬렌, 탄소원자수 5또는 6의 헤테로고리 및 페닐로 구성된 군에서 선택된다)의 화합물로 이루어진 결합제로 함침된 제1층과, 제2층에 결합하는 카나비노이드용 산성의 유기 지시제로 함침된 셀룰로스성의 제2층으로 구성된 필터수을 통하여 상기 체액을 여과하고, 카나비노이드가 존재할 때 상기 제2층의 색 변화를 관찰하고, 상기 기본적인 마약에 대한 지시제를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 유기 지시제는 카나비노이드와 커플링할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 체액에서 기본적인 마약 또는 약물을 검출하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 산성의 유기 지시제가 패스트 블루 BB인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 필터수단에 결합되는 결합제를 가지는 샐룰로스성 필터수단으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 결합제는 다시 기본적인 마약 또는 약물과 결합할 수 있고, 상기 결합제는 다음 일반식HOOC-R-COOH (Ⅰ)(상기식에서 R은 탄소원자수 4 내지 6이 시클로알킬, 탄소원자수 2 내지 12의 알킬, 탄소원자수 2내지 12의 알킬렌, 탄소원자수 5또는 6의 헤테로고리 및 페닐로 구성된 군에서 선택된다)의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 체액에서 기본적인 마약 또는 약물을 농축하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 말레산인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 아디프산인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 필터수단이 디스크로이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 디스크가 다층인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 필터수단이 깔대기내에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
