Claims (1)

  1. 세척, 탈피시켜 0.5㎜이하로 분쇄한 호박과 물을 1:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 100℃이상에서 30분-60분동안 가열 보일링하여 얻은 농축액에 소맥분, 옥분, 설탕, 식염, 베이킹파우더를 첨가한 다음 스넥 모형틀로 성형하고 수분함량이 20가 되도록 건조시킨후 육림으로 튀겨 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호박스낵의 제조방법.
