Claims (1)

  1. 수분 15%의 식용단위 크기로 절단하는 제1공정과 60℃-70℃튀김유에 넣어 3-7분 튀김하여 수분발산 배출에 의한 기통동공을 형성하는 제2공정과 건조기에서 15-20분 건조하여 2차수분 제거와 기포 동공 확성고정을 시키는 제3공정과 120℃-150℃ 고온 튀김류에 약2분 내외 넣어 기포 통공에 튀김유를 침윤시킨 다음 들어내어 분말 조미료 또는 유액조미료를 바르는 제4공정으로 되는 건두부 제조방법.
