본 고안은 브이 티알에 있어서, 영상신호를 소거하는 소거헤드를 일정위치에 고정화하여 헤드의 조립 정도(精度)를 높이고 사용부품 수를 절감할 수 있게 한 소거헤드 고정장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 소거헤드 고정장치는 제1도에 도시한 바와같이 메인 베이스상에 헤드레버(1)의 일측단부가 축핀(2)으로 축착되고 그 헤드레버(1)의 타측단부에는 소거헤드(3)가 고정나사(4)로 고정되어 소거헤드(3)가 로우딩안내공(5)에 돌출되게 되어 경사 가이드 포스트 트레일러(6)가 안내공(5)을 따라 이동할때에 서로 간섭을 일으키게 되므로 이를 해결하기 위하여 제2도에 도시한 바와같이, 헤드레버(1)의 소거헤드(3) 고정측 단부의 하면에는 메인 베이스에 형성한 안내공(7)에 삽입되는 걸림핀(8)을 돌설하고 헤드레버(1)의 타단에는 헤드레버(1)를 시계반대방향으로 탄지하는 코일스프링(9)을 설치하며 헤드레버(1)의 소거헤드(3)측단부에는 가이드로울러(6')의 하단부에 접촉되는 유선형상 접촉변(1a)을 형성하여 트레일러(6)가 로우딩 안내공(5)을 타고 이송하는 경우에 헤드레버(1)가 밀리어 외측으로 이동하고 지나간 다음에 스프링(9)의 힘으로 원래위치로 복원되도록 되어 있다.
그러나, 이와같은 종래의 소기헤드 고정구조는 소거헤드에 적절한 접촉각(wrapping angle)을 주면서 테이프의 영상신호를 소거시키도록 하기 위해 많은 사용부품이 요구되며, 또한, 그로 인하여 조립공차가 누적됨으로 소거헤드를 적정한 위치에 설치하기가 매우 곤란한 점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결함을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 로우딩 베이스상에 소거헤드를 고정설치하여 경사 가이드 포스트 트레일러와 간섭이 없게 하고 헤드 접촉각은 텐션암의 텐션 포스트에 의하여 조절되게 한 것인 바, 이를 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제3도 및 제4도에 도시한 바와같이, 데크에 안착된 카세트(21)의 공급 및 권취 릴(22)(23)에 권회되어 있는 테이프(24)를 인출하여 회전 헤드드럼(25)의 일부 외주면에 접촉시키고 주행을 안내하는 가이드롤(26)(26')과 경사 가이드 포스트(27)(27')가 로우딩 안내공(28)(28')을 타고 이송하는 트레일러(29)(29')에 구비되고 공급릴(22)의 후방 메인 베이스상에는 텐션핀(30)을 일단부에 갖는 텐션암(31)이 카세트(21)의 하부에서 좌,우로 이송하는 작동판(도시되지 않음)에 의하여 축핀(32)을 중심으로 회동 가능하게 설치되며 텐션암(3l)의 후방 로우딩 베이스(33)상에는 소거헤드(34)가 설치되는 것에 있어서, 로우딩 베이스(33)상 로우딩안내공(28) 외측에 헤드 베이스(35)를 아우트 셔트(out sert)하여 일체로 형성하고 소거헤드(34)의 하단부에 형성한 공지 고정편(36)에는 조절장공(37)을 형성하여 그 안내장공(37)에 끼워지는 고정나사(38)로 소거헤드(34)를 고정한 것으로, 도면중 미설명 부호 39는 오디오 콘트롤 헤드, 40은 핀치 로울러, 41은 캡스턴을 각각 보인 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안 소거헤드 고정장치는 로우딩 베이스(33)의 로우딩 안내공(28) 외측에 설치되어 있는 헤드 베이스(35)에 소거헤드(34)를 고정나사(38)로 고정하고 기존 텐션암(31)의 텐션 포스트(30)에 의하여 소거헤드(34)의 접촉각이 조절되게 하여 테이프(24)의 영상신호가 소거되게 함으로써 종래의 소거헤드 설치구조에 비하여 사용부품 수가 절감되어 원가를 감소시키고 또한 소거헤드(34)가 로우딩 안내공(28) 외측에 위치하므로 트레일러(29)(29')이송시에 간섭되는 현상이 배제되며, 또한 소거헤드(34)에 형성된 고정편(36)에는 조절장공(37)이 형성되어 있으므로 사용중 소거헤드(34)의 위치를 간단 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 이점등이 있다.
한편, 본 고안을 실시함에 있어서, 상기한 헤드베이스(35)는 로우딩 베이스에 일체로 형성하는 대신에 별개의 헤드 베이스를 형성하여 그 별개의 헤드 베이스를 로우딩 베이스(36)에 고정한 후 소거헤드(34)를 고정할수 있다.

  1. 공급릴 테이블 후방에 작동판으로 회동하는 테이프 텐션 조절용 텐션암(31)이 설치되고 그 텐션암(31)후방의 로우딩 베이스(33)에는 고정편(36)이 구비된 소거헤드(34)가 설치되는 것에 있어서, 상기 로우딩베이스(33)에 헤드 베이스(35)를 고정설치하고 소거헤드(34)의 고정편(36)에는 조절장공(37)을 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 브이 티 알의 소거 헤드 고정장치.
