Claims (1)
- 세척, 탈피시킨 1-2㎜이하로 분쇄한 호박과 물을 1:2의 중량비로 하여 100℃이상에서 30-60분 정도 가열 보일링하고 이렇게 하여 얻은 호박의 농축에 설탕, 생강, 대추를 첨가한 다음 2차로 10분정도 재가열 보일링하여 호박음료를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 호박음료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
