본 고안은 비디오 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 로오딩 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 턴테이블 구동용 스핀들 모터를 이용하여 디스크를 이동시킬 수 있게한 디스크 로오딩 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 디스크 로오딩장치는 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 로오딩모터(1)의 회전에 의하여 베이스 플레이트(2)상의 구동풀리(3)가 회전함에 따라 그 구동풀리(3)와 고무벨트(4)로 연결된 피동풀리(5)가 회전하면 피동풀리(5)상부에 일체로 형성된 로오딩기어(5')가 회전하면서 그 기어(5')에 맞물린 랙(6)을 이동시키므로, 연동된 가이드 레일(7),(8)이 이동되어 그 가이드 레일(7),(8)에 올려진 디스크(도시되지 않음)가 이동되도록 되어있고 디스크 로오딩시에는 턴테이블(9)이 축착된 스핀들 모터(10)는 정지상태를 유지하도록 되어있다.
그러나 이와같은 종래의 로오딩장치는 로오딩기어(5')를 회전시키기 위하여 별도의 소형모터, 즉 구동모터(1)를 사용하게 되므로 제품의 원가를 상승시키는 결함이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결함을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 스핀들 모터의 구동력으로 회전하는 턴테이블의 외주면에 기어를 형성하고 그 기어에는 풀리가 하측부에 일체로 구비된 구동기어를 솔레노이드와 코일스프링으로 착탈가능하게 연결하여 디스크가 별도의 모터없이 스핀들 모터의 구동력에 의하여 로오딩 되게한것인바, 이를 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 바와같이, 베이스 플레이트(2)의 양측부에 디스크가 올려지는 가이드 레일(7),(8)이 설치되고 중간부에는 스핀들 모터(10)로 구동되는 턴테이블(9)이 설치되며 가이드 레일(7)의 일측에 고정된 랙(6)이 피동풀리(5)가 하부에 일체로 구비된 로오딩기어(5')에 연결되는 것에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블(9)의 외주면에 기어(9')를 형성하여 그 기어(9')에는 솔레노이드(11)의 작동봉(11')선단부에 축핀(12)으로 축착된 구동기어(13)를 이맞물림으로 연결하고 그 구동기어(13)의 축핀(12)상단부에는 구동기어(13)를 턴테이블(9)에서 분리시키는 코일스프링(14)를 설치하는 동시에 그 구동기어(13)의 하부에 일체로 형성한 구동풀리(13')와 상기 로오딩기어(5')하부의 피동풀리(5)간에는 공지 고무벨트(4)를 연결한 것이다.
이와같이된 본 고안의 작용효과는 다음과 같다.
디스크 로오딩시에는 솔레노이드(11)에 전원을 인가하면 솔레노이드(11)의 작동봉(11')이 솔레노이드(11)본체에서 외향으로 이동함에 따라 그 작동봉(11')에 축핀(12)으로 축착된 구동기어(13)가 턴테이블(9)의 외주면에 형성된 기어(9')에 맞물리게 되고 그후 스핀들 모터 (10)를 구동시키면 그 구동력 이 구동기어(13), 구동풀리(13'), 고무벨트(4) 및 피동풀리(5)를 통하여 로오딩기어(5′)에 전달되어 로오딩기어(5')가 회전하게 되면 로오딩기어(5')에 맞물린 랙(6)이 이동하여 가이드레일(7)이 이동하게 되므로 가이드 레일(7)(8)에 올려진 디스크가 이동하게되며, 스핀들 모우터(10)가 정, 역회전함에 따라 가이드 레일(7)(8)이 제1도에 도시한 화살표방향으로 로오딩 또는 언로오딩 되는 것이다.
한편, 디스크 로오딩이 완료된 상태에서는 솔레노이드(11)에 인가되는 전원을 차단하면 코일스프링(14)의 복원탄성력에 의하여 솔레노이드(11)의 작동봉(11')이 원상태로 복귀하게 되므로그 작동봉(11') 선단에 축착된 구동기어(13)가 턴테이블(9)의 기어(9')에서 분리되어지고 그후 디스크의 재생모드가 행해진다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같은 본 고안은 턴테이블에 형성한 기어에 코일스프링과 솔레노이드로 착탈되는 구동기어를 연결하고 그 구동기어 구동력을 랙에 전달하게하여 디스크가 턴테이블 구동용 모우터로 로오딩되게 함으로써 별도의 로오딩모터가 요구되지 않으므로 제품의 원가를 절감할 수 있는 이점등이 있다.

  1. 베이스 플레이트(2)의 양측부에 가이드레일(7)(8)이 설치되고 중간부에는 스핀들 모우터(10)로 구동되는 턴테이블(9)이 설치되며 가이드레일(7)의 일측에 고정된 랙(6)에는 피동풀리(5)가 하부에 일체로 구비된 로오딩기어(5')가 연결되는 것에 있어서, 상기 턴테이블(9)의 외주면에 기어(9')를 형성하여 그 기어(9')에는 솔레노이드(11)의 작동봉(11')선단부에 축핀(12)으로 축착된 구동기어(13)를 연결하고, 상기 축핀(12)의 상단부에는 구동기어(13)를 턴테이블(9)에서 분리시키는 코일스프링(14)을 설치하며 그 구동기어(13)의 하부에 일체로 형성한 구동풀리(13')와 상기 로오딩기어(5')하부의 피동풀리(5)간에는 공지 고무벨트(4)를 연결하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 비디오 디스크 플레이어의 디스크 로오딩 장치.
