본 고안은 담배파이프에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 파이프의 선단에 요입부를 형성하여, 이 요입부에 맞추어 유로(流路)를 형성한 지지구를 감착하고 파이프내의 공간에는 필터가 충진된 필터통체를 개재시켜서 되는 담배파이프에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 알려진 담배파이프에 있어서는 단순히 담배연기를 필터를 통하여 여과시키는 구조의 것이었으나, 이 경우 입속으로 흡입되는 연기속에 함유된 니코틴이 대부분 남아 있어 인체에 유해한 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 구조적으로 니코틴이 제거될 수 있는 담배파이프가 필요로 된다.
본 고안은 담배와 파이프 사이에 끼워지는 여과수단내에 니코틴이 응결되는 공간을 갖도록 하는 담배파이프를 제공하고자 하는데에 그 목적이 있다.
이와같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 파이프선단에 유로를 형성한 담배지지구를 감착하고 이 담배지지구와 파이프내의 공간사이에는 다수의 통공을 뚫어 응결공간을 형성함과 동시 나머지 내측으로는 필터를 충전한 필터동체를 개재시키므로서 필터동체를 지나온 고온의 연기가 파이프내의 공간에서 선단의 요입부와 유로를 따라 흡입되는 미세한 찬공기와의 분위기에 의하여 일부 여과되지 않았던 니코틴이 응결(액화)되게 되는 특징이 있다.
이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 파이프(2)의 선단 상, 하에 요입부(4)를 형성하고 이 요입부(4)에 맞추어 유로(4')를 형성한 담배지지구(3)를 선단에 감착지지되게 하고 파이프(2)내의 공간(9)에는 한쪽으로는 다수의 통공(5)을 뚫어 응결공간(7)이 형성되고 나머지부분에는 필터(6)가 충전된 필터동체(1)를 개재시켜서 구성된다
그리고 파이프(2)와 담배지지구(3)에는 각기 감착홈(11) 및 감착돌조(11')가 구성되어 있고, 또 담배지지구(3)내에는 담배와 동체(1)가 구분되어 끼워질 수 있는 구분턱(10)이 구성되어 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 제3도와 같이 필터동체(1)의 필터(6)부분을 필터(6')와 활성탄소층(8)을 복층 결합하여 여과효과를 증대시킬 수도 있다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 제2도와 같이 담배연기를 흡입할 경우 필터동체(1)의 필터(6)부분에 1차 여과된 고온의 연기가 응결공간(7)에 체류하게 되나 이 경우 선단의 요입부(4)와 유로(4')를 통해 안내 흡입되는 미세한 외부의 찬공기가 필터통체(1)의 외주와 파이프(2)사이에 형성된 공간(9)을 따라 안내되어 전기한 응결공간(7)에서 통공(5)으로 분출되고자 하는 고온의 연기가 접촉케 됨으로써 일부연기가 응결되는 현상이 일어나게 된다.
따라서 이때 연기속에 포함된 니코틴이 응결공간(7)내에서 필연적으로 응결케되는 효과가 있는 것이다.
특히, 본 고안은 이와같은 효과를 증대시키기 위하여 필터동체(1)내 필터(6)를 활성탄소(8)와 필터(6')의 반복결합층으로 함으로써 그 효과를 배가시킬 수 있게 된다.
이와같이 본 고안은 종래 단순히 필터만으로 니코틴을 제거하고자 하는 파이프 혹은 담배가 갖는 문제점을 개선하여 니코틴이 일부 함유된 담배연기를 찬공기로서 다시 응결시키므로서 니코틴의 제거효과가 우수함은 물론, 외부공기가 혼합합입될 수도 있게 되는 건강상 매우 유익한 실용적 효과를 가진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 파이프(2)의 선단에 요입부(4)를 형성하여 이 요입부(4)에 맞추어 유로(4')를 형성한 담배지지구(3)를 감착하고 파이프(2)내의 공간(9)에는 내측으로는 다수의 통공(5)이 뚫린 응결공간(7)이 형성되고 나머지부분에는 필터(6)가 충전된 필터동체(1)를 개재시켜서 되는 담배파이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필터동체(1)의 필터(6)부분을 필터(6')와 활성탄소층(8)으로 복층, 결합함을 특징으로 하는 담배파이프.
