Claims (10)

  1. 다음 두 성분으로 구성되고, 성형제품 및 발포물질을 제조하는데 상용되는 반응 시스템:
    (A) 다음 구조식의 분자량이 600보다 큰 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성된 폴리이소시아네이트 성분 : 및
    Tm(R)n
    식중, T는 30원자보다 많은 사슬을 나타내고, m은 최소한 1의 정수이며, R은 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔사를 나타내고, n은 최소한 2의 정수이며, R로 표시된 잔사의 최소한 하나는 2-30원자의 사슬로 분리되는 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하고 R로 표시된 잔사의 총합은 중량에 기초하여 50%미만으로 구성됨.
    (B) 이미노 기능 화합물 및/또는 에나민을 함유하는 화합물로 구성된 이소시아네이트와 반응성이 있는 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트내 T가 폴리에테르 사슬인 반응 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트내 T가 70개의 원자보다 많은 사슬이고 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔사가 사슬의 말단에 위치한 반응 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 폴리이소시아네이트 성분의 분자량이 2500-12,000인 반응 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트내 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔사가 잔사당 최소한 두개의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 반응시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔사내 이소시아네이트 그룹이 25개 원자 이하의 사슬로 분리되는 반응 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 다음 구조식의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔사로 종결된, 알로파레이트로 변형된 폴리이소시아네이트인 반응 시스템.

  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 다음 구조식의 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 잔사로 종결된, 뷰렛으로 변형된 폴리이소시아네이트인 반응 시스템.

  9. 제1항에 있어서, B 성분내 이미노-기능 화합물이 다음 구조식을 갖으며 C=N 결합이 미리 분해되어 단량체 부산물을 만들지 않고 폴리이소시아네이트와 직접 반응할 수 있는 반응 시스템.
    [식중, X,Y 및 Z는 공동으로 전기한 화합물의 나머지를 형성하는 화학부분이고 이들 각각은 독립적으로 N,C,O,S,Si 또는 P를 통하여 C=N- 아미노 단위에 부착된 유기 라디칼 및 수소로부터 선택되며, 이미노 단위의 중심탄소는 세 원자와 결합함.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, B성분내 에나민을 함유하는 화합물이 다음 구조식을 갖는 반응 시스템.
    [식중, 각 A,B,C,E,G,J 및 L은 독립적으로 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이며 A,B 및 D의 어느것과 E,G,J 및 L의 어느 것은 임의로 함께 결합하여 하나이상의 탄소환식 또는 복소환식 고리를 만든다.
