Claims (19)
- 도전성부재인 부싱(24)에 연결되어, 하우징(32)과 이 하우징(32)에 회전될 수 있도록 지지되면서 이 하우징(32)의 축방향 양쪽으로는 이동되지 못하도록 고정됨과 더불어 상기 부싱(24)에 나사체결되도록 나사구멍(52)이 형성된 너트부재(50)가 갖춰진 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(32)에 지지되면서 이 하우징(32)으로부터뻗어 그 중심축에 관통구멍(44)이 형성된 외부나사부재(46)를 갖춘 제2슬리이브(42)가 갖춰져, 상기 너브부재(50)가 이 제2슬리이브(42)에 그 중심축을 중심으로 회전될 수 잇도록 지지됨과 더불어 이 제2슬리이브(42)의 축방향으로는 이동되지 몫하도록 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 관통구멍(44)이 그 내부에 일정거리로 떨어진 제1,2 스토퍼(58,62)를 갖추고, 상기 너트부재(50)가 상기 관통구멍(44)의 제1,2 스토퍼(58,62)사이에 위치시켜진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트부재(50)가 상기 부싱(24)에 나사체결되도록 그 내부에 나사구멍이 갖춰진 너트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부싱(24)이 이로부터 뻗으면서 외부에 나사가 형성된 스터드(74)를 갖추어, 이 스터드(74)에 상기 너트부재(50)가 결합시켜지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트배주(50)가 부싱(24)에 나사체결되도록 외부나사부재(46)를 갖춘 보울트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(32)이 그 내부에 도전성 제1슬리이브(38)를 갖추면서, 이 제1슬리이브(38)에 대해 이동될 수 있도록 접촉시켜진 접촉조립체(48)가 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 내부에 너트구멍(22)이 관통되게 뚫려진 케이블연결구(12)가 갖춰지면서, 상기 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결되도록 된 외부나사부위(46)가 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부싱(24)의 내부에 나사구멍(28)이 갖춰지고, 상기 너트부재(50)에는 나사구멍(52)이 형성되면서, 이들 나사구멍(28,52)에 각각 나사체결되도록 된 제1,2 선단부(78,56)를 갖춘 스터드(74)가 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 내부에 너트구멍(22)이 갖춰진 케이블연결구(12)에 연결되도록 이 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결시켜지도록 된 외부나사부재(46) 및 내부에 관통구멍(44)이 형성된 탭플러그(30)와, 이 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)와 동축상으로 형성된 제1부위(66)와 외부에 나사가 형성되어 상기 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결되도록 됨과 더불어 상기 관통구멍(44)에 내장되도록 된 제2부위(68)를 갖춘 커플링부재(64)로 구성된 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탭플러그(30)에 대해 커플링부재(64)가 회전하는 것을 방지해주도록 파손수단이 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 파손수단이 상기 커플링부재(64)의 제2부위(68)와 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46) 사이로 뻗은 전단핀(72)으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전단핀(72)이, 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)가 너트구멍(22)에 체결시켜지게 되면 상기 탭플러그(30)와 케이블연결구(12)사이에 토오크를 발생되도록 하다가, 상기 커플링부재(64)가 계속 회전해서 토오크가 설정치이상으로 되면 파손되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 커플링부재(64)에 이 커플링부재(64)를 회전시키는 렌치(56)를 수용할 수 있도록 소켓수단(70)이 갖춰진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체.
- 내부에 너트구멍(22)이 관통되게 뚫려진 케이블연결구(12)와, 내부나사구멍(28)을 갖춘 부싱(24), 하우징(32)과, 이 하우징(32)으로부터 뻗으면서 그 내부에 관통구멍(44)이 형성된 외부나사부재(46) 및 상기 관통구멍(44)과 일치되게 정렬된 나사구멍(52)을 갖추면서 상기 하우징(32)에 대해 회전될 수 있도록 지지된 너트부재(50)를 갖춘 도전성 탭플러그(30) 및, 외주면에 나사가 형성된 제1,2선단부(76,78)가 갖춰진 스터드(74)를 갖추어, 상기 스터드(74)의 제2선단부(78)를 부싱 (24)의 내부나사구멍(28)에다 나사체결해준 다음, 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)를 케이블연결구(12)의 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결해주고, 상기 스터드(74)의 제1선단부(76)를 너트부재(50)의 나사구멍(52)에 나사체결해줌으로서, 상기 부싱(24)을 탭플러그(30)에다 연결시켜 배전용연결구조립체를 연결하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 스터드(74)를 부싱(24)에 나사체결하고 탭플러그(30)를 케이블연결구(12)에 나사체결하는 것이, 스터드(74)를 너트부재(50)에다 나사체결해주기 전에 이루어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용연결구조립체를 연결하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)와 동축상으로 외부에 나사가 형성되어 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결되도록 된 제1부위(66) 및 관통구멍(44)에 내장되도록 된 제2부위(68)를 갖춘 커플링부재(64)와, 이 커플링부재(64)가 상기 탭플러그(30)에 대해 회전하지 못하도록 하는 전단핀(72)를 갖추어, 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)를 너트구멍(22)에다 나사체결해줌에 있어, 이 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)가 너트구멍(22)과 정렬될 때까지 상기 커플링부재(64)의 제1부위(66)를 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결한 다음, 상기 전단핀(72)이 파손될 때까지 상기 커플링부재(64)를 회전시켜 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)를 상기 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결하고, 이어 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)와 케이블연결구(12)로부터 상기 커플링부재(64)를 제거하도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용연결구 조립체를 연결하는 방법.
- 내부에 너트구멍(22)이 형성된 케이블연결구(12)와, 이 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결되도록 된 외부나사부재(46)를 갖추면서 그 내부에 관통구멍(44)을 갖춘 탭플러그(30) 및, 이 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)와 동축상으로 형성되면서 상기 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결될 수 잇도록 나사가 형성된 제1부위(66)와 상기 관통구멍(44)에 내장되도록 된 제2부위(68)가 갖춰진 커플링부재(64)를 갖춘 배전용 연결조립체를, 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)가 상기 너트구멍(22)과 일치되게 정렬될 때까지 상기 커플링부재(64)의 제1부위(66)를 너트구멍(22)에다 나사체결해준 다음, 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)가 상기 너트구멍(22)에 나사체결되도록 상기 커플링부재(64)를 회전시켜 탭플러그(30)를 케이블연결구(12)에다 연결시킴으로서 배전용 연결구조립체를 연결하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 커플링부재(64)가 탭플러그(30)에 대해 회전되지 못하게 하는 전단핀(72)을 설치해서, 이 전단핀(72)이 파손될 때까지 상기 커플링부재(64)를 회전시켜, 상기 커플링부재(64)가 상기 탭플러그(30)의 외부나사부재(46)와 상기 케이블연결구(12)로부터 제거시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 배전용 연결구조립체를 연결하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
