Claims (13)
- 식(1)(식중, R1은 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 2가 라디칼이다)로 표현된 디아민화합물과 식(Ⅱ)(식중, R2는 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 4가 라디칼이다)를 지니는 테트라카르복시산 2무수물을 반응시켜 식(Ⅲ)(식중, R1및 R2는 각각, 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, R1은 2가 라디칼이고 R2는 4가 라디칼이다)로 표현된 반복단위를 지니는 폴리이미드를 제조함으로서 폴리이미드를 제조하는 방법은, 식(I)의 디아민화합물과 식(Ⅱ)의 테트라카르복시산 2무수물을 각각 페놀제용매에 용해시키고, 얻어진 단량체용액을 혼합하고 100∼300。C에서 반응시켜 폴리이미드를 제조하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라카르복시산 2무수물의 단량체용액을 유기염기의 존재하에 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 단량체용액은 각각의 디아민화합물과 테트라카르복시산 2무수물의 5∼15중량%의 농도를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 단량체용액을 각각의 디아민화합물과 테트라카르복시산 2무수물 각각을 5∼15중량%, 테트라카르복시산 2무수물의 단량체용액내 존재하는 유기염기의 양은 테트라카르복시산 2무수물의 1몰에 대하여 0.1∼10몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식(I)에서 디아민화합물의 R1은 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족 라디칼이며, 식(Ⅴ)(식중, X1는 직결,또는이고, Y1는 직결이다)로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅱ)에서테트라카르복시산 2무수물의 R2는 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족 라디칼이며, 식(Ⅵ)(식중, X1는 직결,이고, Y2는 직결또는이고, Y2는 직결, 또는 -CH2-이다)로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라카르복시산 2무수물은 피로멜리트산 2무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 식(I)(식중, R1은 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 2가 라디칼이다)로 표현된 디아민화합물과, 식(Ⅱ)(식중, R2는 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직렬 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 2가 라디칼이다)를 지니는 테트라카르복시산 2무수물을 반응시켜 식(Ⅲ)(식중, R1및 R2는 각각 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, R1은 2가 라디칼이고 R2는 4가 라디칼이다)로 표현된 반복단위를 지니는 폴리이미드를 제조함으로서 폴리이미드를 제조하는 방법은, 식(I)의 디아민화합물과 유기염기가 존재하는 페놀계용매에서 식(Ⅱ)의 테트라카르복시산 2무수물을 반응시켜 식(Ⅳ)(식중, R1및 R2는 각각 지방족기, 고리지방족기, 단고리방향족기, 축합다고리방향족기 및 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되며, R1은 2가 라디칼이고, R2는 4가 라디칼이다)로 표현된 폴리아미드산의 용액을 얻고, 용액을 100∼300。C로 가열하여 상응하는 폴리이미드를 제조하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 존재하는 유기염기의 양은 식(Ⅱ)의 테트라카르복시산 2무수물 1몰에 대하여 0.1∼1.0몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리아미드산용액의 농도는 5∼50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 식(I)에서 디아민화합물의 R1은 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리 방향족 라디칼로, 식(Ⅴ)(식중, X1는 직결,이고, Y1는 직결,이다).로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 식(Ⅳ)에서 테트라카르복시산 2무수물의 R2는 직결 또는 가교원을 통해 서로 연결된 다고리방향족 라디칼이며 식(Ⅵ)(식중, X2는 직결,또는이고, Y2는 직결CO-, 또는 -CH2-이다)로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 테트라카르복시산 2무수물은 피로멜리트산 2무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
