제1도는 본 발명에 따라 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 제조하는데 사용되는 장치를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 제조하는데 있어서, 85몰% 이상의 방향족 폴리마이드로 이루어진 중합체를 아미드계 용매에 용해시켜서 된 방사원액을 구금을 통해 압출시켜서 제 1응고욕 및 제2응고욕중에서 응고시키되 상기 구금과 상기 제1응고욕의 사이에는 에어갭을 두어 제1응고욕 및 제2응고욕 중에서 응고시키기 전에 상기 에어갭 에서 예비응고시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어 갭은 구금 말단으로 부터 제1응고욕의 수면까지의 공간으로서 그 거리 L이 다음의 식(I)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
    여기서, L은 구금 말단으로 부터 제1응고욕의 수면까지의 거리로서 그 단위가 cm이고, V는 첫 번째 롤에서의 선속도로서 그 단위가 mpm이며, S는 응고욕 중의 용매의 함량으로서 그 단위가 중량%이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1응고욕을 그 하부가 원뿔형 이며 출구가 있는 용기에 담겨 있어서 제1응고욕이 제2응고욕으로 공급되 면서 구급으로 부터 토출된 팔레민트의 경로를 잡아주는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리 아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1응고욕 및 제2응고욕은 다음의 식(I)를 만족하는 양의 용매와 다음의 식(Ⅲ)은 만족하는 양의 염화칼슘 및 물로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
    10중량%≤S≤40중량% (Ⅱ)
    1/10·S≤ C≤ 1/2·S (Ⅲ)
    여기서, S는 응고욕중의 용매의 함량으로서 그 단위가 중량%이고. C는 응고욕중의 염화칼슘의 함량으로서 그 단위가 중량%이다.
