Claims (2)

  1. 천연유지로부터 에이코사펜타엔산과 그 에스테르화합물을 제조함에 있어서, 에이코사펜타엔산과 그의 유도체를 함유하고 있는 천연유지를 알코홀리시스하여서 지방산 혼합물을 만들고, 이를 연속식 증류방식으로 증류하여서 에이코사펜타엔산과 그의 에스테르화물을 30중량% 이상 함유하는 주류를 재취한 다음 농축시켜서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 에어코사펜타엔산과 그 에스테르화물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연유지는 수산물유지인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어코사펜타엔산과 그 에스테르화물의 제조방법.
