Claims (1)
- SiO2: 60∼80(중량%), CaO : 5∼20(중량%) Na2O : 5∼20(중량%)을 주성분으로 하는 소다 라임 유리에 의해 깊이 15cm이하로 바닥면에 대한 개방부 개방 각도가 5도 이상, 바닥부 곡면부의 반경이 25mm이상으로, 또한 그 중심각이 45도 이상인 유리 용기를 형성하고, 온동 조정 후, 이 유리 용기에 대하여 그 표면에 있어서, 열전달 계수(h)가 대략 0.001(Cal/secㆍM2ㆍ℃)정도로 되도록 서서히 냉각풍을 쏘여서 냉각 강화를 하고, 유리 용기 표면의 압축 응력치가 250∼650kg/㎠의 범위 내의 압축 응력층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 유리 용기의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
