Claims (18)

  1. 창틀과, 가동창문샤시와,샤시로크가 있는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치에 있어서,창틀에 장착되는 베이스와, 상기 창틀과 상기 베이스 사이를 연결하여,창문샤시가 회전하도록 작동하는 바링크부와, 회전가능한 핸들과, 상기 핸들과 상기 바링크부사이에 상호연결된 기어구동부와, 상기 바링크부와 샤시로크와 상호작용하고, 로크링크부를 작동시키기 위해 창문을 구동하는 트리거를 가지는 로크링크부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 로크링크부는,상기 바링크부와 회전가능하게 연결되고, 상기 회전가능한 핸들과 구동연결되는 복수개의 강성링크와, 상기 강성링크와 상기 강성링크와 샤시로크와의 사이를 연결하는 운동전달지지봉과,상기 개폐장치의 잠기지 않는 모드에서의 동작증상기 로크링크부의 운동을 제한하는 래치수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,상기 레치수단은 상기 베이스에 회전가능하게 연결되고,상기로크링크부와 맞물려지는 트리거를 가지는 트립레버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,상기 개폐장치의 잠기지 않은 모드에서의 동작중 상기 트리레베버가 상기 로크링크부와 맞물려지는 동시에 상기 트리거가 창틀을 넘어 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,트리거구동구조가 창문샤시에 배설되어, 창문샤시가 거의 닫힌 위치로 될 때 상기 트리거와 맞물려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,상기 트립레버는 상기 로크링크부의 강성링크와 상호 연결되는것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,상기바링크부는,일단은 창문샤시에 회전가능하게 연결되고, 타단은 창틀에 회전가능하게 연결되는 지지링크와, 창문샤시에 연결되고, 창틀에 대하여 이동가능한 슬라이더와, 핸들이 회전하여 상기 슬라이더에 운동을 부여함으로써 상기 창문이 열린위치로 이동하도록 상기 회전가능한 핸들과 상기 슬라이더 사이에 운동을 전달하기 위하여 상기 슬라이더와 상기 기어구동장치와의 사이의 링크를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 링크는,창문샤시에 회전가능하게 연결된 드래그링크와,두 단부를 가지며, 그중 일단은 상기 기어구동부에 구동연결되고,타단은 상기 드래그링크에 회전가능하게 연결되는 기어암을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  9. 제4항에 있어서,상기 창문샤시는 일단이 창틀에 대하여 이동 가능한 축을 중심으로 회전가능하게 연결되고, 상기 바링크부는,일단은 창문샤시에 회전가능하게 연결되고, 타단은 창틀에 대해 이동가능한 슬라이더에 회전가능하게 연결되는 지지링크와, 일단은 상기 구동기어에 구동견결되고, 타단은 창문샤시에 결합되는 구동링크를 포함하고, 상기 지지링크와 구동링크는 핸들이 회전됨으로써 상기 슬라이더에 운동을 부여하도록 상기 회전 가능한 핸들과 상기슬라이더와의 사이에 운동을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 로크링크부는 상기 베이스에 회전가능하게 연결되고, 그 내부에 배설된 원호형 슬롯을 가지는 캠과, 돌출된 핀을 가지며, 서로 상대적인 회전을 제어하도록 상기 캠의 원호형 슬롯에 수용되는 기어레버를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  11. 창틀과, 가동창문샤시와, 사시로크가 있는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치에 있어서, 창틀에 장착되는 베이스와, 상기 창문샤시와 상기 베이스 사이를 연결하여 창문샤시가 회전하도록 작동하는 바링크부와, 회전가능한 핸들과 상기 핸들과 상기 바링크부 사이에 상호 구동연결된 기어구동부와,샤시로크에 연결되어 중간작동하는 운동전달 지지봉과,상기 바링크부와 샤시로크와 상호 작용하는 로크링크부를 포함하며, 상기 로크링크부는, 상기 바링크부와 회전가능하게 연결된 기어레버와, 상기 기어레버를 지지봉에 연결하는 수단은 포함하고, 상기 핸들의 회전에 따라 창문구동 또는 창문잠금을 행하도록하는 작용을 설정하는 상기 로크링크부에 인접한 토글수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,상기 토글수단은 일체형 트리거와 스프링이 일단에서 상기 트립레버에 연결되고,타단에서 상기 베이스에 연결되는 트립레버를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,상기 개폐장치의 잠기지 않은 모드에서의 동작중 상기 트립레버는 상기 핸들의 회전에 의해서 상기 로크링크부가 구동하는 것을 막도록 상기 로크링크부와 맞물려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서,상기 연결수단은 상기 지지봉에 고정되고 상기 베이스에 회전가능하게 연결된 로크링크를 호함하며,또한 상기 로크링크와 상기 기어레버와 상기 트립레버 사이에 상대적인 회전을 제한하는 패스너를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서,상기 패스터는 로크링크를 제한하는 피봇으로부터 편심된 상기 기어레버의 피봇을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서,상기 개폐장치의 잠기지 않은 모드에서의 조작중 상기 트립레버는 상기 핸들의 회전에 의해서 상기 로크링크부가 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하느 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  17. 제14항에 있어서,상기 패스너는 이것을 중심으로 상기 로크링크와 상기 기어레버가 자유롭게 회전하며,상기트립레버가 회전가능하게 연결되어 있는 회전부재인 것을 특징으로 한느 여닫이 창문의 개폐장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서,상기 패스너는 상기 로크링크와 상기 트립레버가 그 주위로 회전운동하도록 복수개의 편심부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이창문의 개폐장치.
