Claims (4)
- 직렬 배열된 다수(n)의 압연·스탠드(F1,F2,…Fn)를 포함하는 압연기의 롤갭을 설정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 압연기의 입구측의 트랜스퍼 바아두께(HR)와 상기 각 스탠드의 출구측의 설정두께(hi)에 준하여 상기 각 스탠드(Fi)(i=1,2,…n)의 누적 압하율()을 연산나는 제1스텝과, 상기 누적 합하율()에 준하여 상가 각 스텐드(Fi)에서의 피압연재의 누적 변형()을 연산하는 제2스텝과, 상기 누적변형()에 준하여 상기 각 스탠드에서의 상기 피압연재의 변형 저항을 연산하는 제3스텝과, 상기 변형 저항(kmi)에 준하여 상기 각 스탠드(Fi)의 압연하중(Pi CAL)을 연산하는 제4스텝과, 상기 압연하중(Pi CAL)에 준하여 상기 각 스탠드(Fi)의 목적하는 롤갭(Si)를 연산하는 제5스텝과, 상기 스탠드(Fi)의 실제 롤갭이 상기 목표로 하는 롤갭(Si)과 일치되도록 롤갭을 성정하는 제6스텝을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기의 롤갭 설정방법.
- 직렬로 배열된 다수(n)의 압연 스태드(F1,F2,…Fn)를 포함하는 압연기의 롤갭을 설정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 압연기의 입구측의 트랜스퍼 바아두께(HR)와 상기 스탠드의 출구측의 설정두께(hi)에 준하여 상기 스탠드(Fi)(i=1,2,…n)의 누적 압하율()를 연산하는 제1수단(ARi)과, 상기 누적 압하율()에 준하여 상기 스탠드(Fi)에서의 피압연재의 누적 변형()을 연산하는 제2수단(ASi)과, 상기 제2수단에 의해 연산된 상기 누적 변형(와)에 준하여 상기 각 스탠드에서의 상기 피압연재의 변형 저항(kmi)을 연산하는 제3수단(Li)과, 상기 변형 저항(kmi)에 준하여 상기 스탠드(Fi)의 압연하중(Pi CAL)을 연산하는 제4수단(Li)과, 상기 압연하중(Pi CAL)에 준하여 상기 스탠드(Fi)의 목표로 하는 롤갭(Si)을 연산하는 제5수단(RGi)과, 상기 스탠드(Fi)의 실제 롤갭이 상기 목표로 하는 롤갭(Si)과 일치되도록 롤갭을 설정하는 제6수단(EGi)을 포함하는 것이 특징인 압연기의 롤갭 설정장치.
