Claims (6)

  1. 하기 일반식( I )로 표시되는 퀴놀린 유도체 또는 그의 염.
    상기식에서〉A-는〉N-(CH2)n-, 〉C=, 〉C=CH(CH2)n-, 또는 〉CH(CH2)n-기를 나타내며(여기서, n은 1-7의 정수임.), Y는 〉C=O 또는 〉CHOH기를 나타내고, R1은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 알킬티오기이며, R2는 수소원자, 할로겐, 알킬기, 히드록시기, 알콕시기, 치환기를 가질수 있는 페닐기, 페놀시기, 알카노일옥시기 또는 치환기를 가져도 좋은 아미노기이며, R3는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 알킬기, 또는 알콕시기이며, m은 1-3의 정수다.
  2. 하기 일반식( I )의 퀴놀린 유도체 또는 그의 염과 약학적으로 허용되는 담체로 구성된 아세틸콜린에스테라제 저해 조성물.
