Claims (2)

  1. 열가소성 폴리머로 부터 부직포웹을 제조함에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리머를 호피에 넣고 압출기, 방사블럭, 냉각튜브를 통과 필라멘트를 제조하고 방사된 필라멘트 다발을 폭방향으로 2열 배열됨과 동시에 좌우 요동각이 15도~45도, 요동주기가 3~20회/초로 요동하는 에어노즐을 이용 분사시키고 충돌판에 충돌시킴으로서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 부직포웹의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리머를 2개의 호퍼와 압출기를 이용하여 2종 사용함을 특징으로 하는 부직포웹의 제조방법.
