Claims (5)

  1. 덮개 플레이트 혹은 스테인레스강의 주물 베이스로 구성된 주요부와, 열전도성이 뛰어난 재질로 구성된 용기 베이스 아래에 배치되는 충전제(filling)와, 상기 용기 베이스와 이것의 중심에 배치되며 펀치와 다이스로된 충격 몰드(impact - mound)로 한번 이상의 충격 압력을 가함으로써 상기 용기 베이스와 금속간의 결합을 시킨 충전제로 구성된 조립체를 포함하며, 상기 주요부는 최소한 한 구역 이상에 장식 혹은 기술적 에나멜 작업이 행하여지며, 예를 들면 눈에 두드러지게 할 목적으로 에나멜 용착물로 상기 주요부에 입히고 에나멜로 스토브 - 에나멜 작업이 형성되어 있는 조리 용기의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 에나멜 용착물은 잘 정선되어져서 상기 충전재의 재질에 따라 적합한 온도에서 에나멜 작업이 실행되며, 깨끗한 주요부(충전재의 층이 상기 용기베이스와의 금속 간 결합이전에)에 상기 에나멜 용착물을 입히며, 상기 에나멜 용착물을 입힌 조리용기는 상기 충전재의 재질에 따라 적합한 온도로 가열되어진후, 상기 용기와 상기 충전재로 구성된 상기 조립체에 이전의 장식 혹은 기술적 에나멜 작업이 이루어질때와 동일한 열로부터 중간냉각을 거치지 않고 충격 압력이 가해지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용기의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업은 상기 충전제의 재질에 따라 적합한 온도, 즉 대략 600℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항과 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작업은 무수(無水)인 에나멜 용착물의 사용으로써 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항과 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작업은 유수 덱스트린 혹은 왁스를 기초로한 에나멜 용착물을 사용하여 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리용기의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상술한 온도에서의 열처리는 산화위치에서 진행되며, 상기 주요부와 때로 이 부분을 향해 둥글게 굽은 봉합 뚜껑의 칼라영역 및 상기 충전제는 상기 언급한 온도에서 열처리되는 동안 형성되고 냉각후에 부드러운 광택 디스크로 제거되는 산화피막을 가지며 또한 에나멜 작업이 끝나면 광택처리를 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기의 제조방법.
