Claims (8)
- 세척관과 분사기를 가지며 토우를 액체로 처리하는데 분사기가 각각 속이빈 노즐바늘과 노즐스톡을 갖는 상부와 하부분사기 유니트(2,3)로 구성되어 있는 이중의 분사기로 구축되어 있는 특징을 갖는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노즐바늘과 상부와 하부분사기 유니트(2,3)에 있는 노즐스톡의 내경이 각각 대략같고 하부분사기 유니드(2)의 내경이 상부분사기 유니트(3)의 내경보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상부의 제트압력과 하부 분사기 유니트(2,3)의 제트압력이 독립적으로 조절되는 특징을 갖는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 움직이는 매개물의 공급이 열려있는 환상의 방(9,10)이 각 노즐 개구부(4,5)위에 갖춰지는 특징을 갖는 장치.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한항에 따라 세척장치를 사용하는 토우를 처리하는 과정.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상부와 하부분사기 유니트사이의 제트압력 차이가 0.5-2 바아, 선호적으로 대략 1.0바아인 특징을 갖는 과정.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상부와 하부분사기 유니트에 의해 공급되는 액체양의 비율이 1:1과 1:5사이에 있고 선호적으로 1:3 인 특징을 갖는 과정.
- 제5항에서 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 6,000-5,000,000개개의 실로 구성된 토우가 처리되는 특징으로 갖는 과정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
