Claims (25)

  1. 몰리브덴 함량이 제1층 촉매의 약 14%이상이고, 평균 세공크기가 약 60Å이상인 니켈-몰리브덴-인/알루미나 촉매 또는 코발트-몰리브덴-인/알루미나 촉매를 함유하는 제1층의 촉매, 및 지올라이트 성분이 제2층 촉매의 약 2중량% 이상을 구성하는 니켈-텅스텐-/실리카-알루미나-지올라이트 또는 니켈-몰리브덴/실리카-알루미나-지올라이트 촉매를 함유하는 제2층의 촉매로 이루어진 탄화수소의 수소화 처리용 층상 촉매계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 니켈-몰리브덴-인/알루미나 촉매를 함유하는 촉매계.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 티타늄 산화물을 추가로 함유하는 촉매계.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 약70Å이상의 평균 세공크기를 지니는 감마 알루미나를 함유하는 촉매계.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제2층 촉매 지올라이트 성분이 약 3내지 약 20중량%의 제2층 촉매를 함유하는 촉매계.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 제2층 촉매 지올라이트 성분이 약3내지 약 20중량%의 제2층 촉매를 함유하는 촉매계.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 약 75 내지 약 120Å의 평균 세공크기를 지니는 촉매계.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 약 75 내지 약 120Å의 평균 세공크기를 지니는 촉매계.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 약 75 내지 약 120Å의 평균 세공크기를 지니는 촉매계.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 약 75 내지 약 120Å의 평균 세공크기를 지니는 촉매계.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 예비 황화된 촉매계.
  12. 탄화수소를, 몰리브덴 함량이 제1층 촉매의 약14%이상이고 평균 세공크기가 약 60Å이상인 니켈-몰리브덴-인/알루미나 촉매 또는 코발트-몰리브덴-인/알루미나 촉매를 함유하는 제1층의 촉매, 및 지올라이트 성분이 약 2중량% 이상의 촉매를 구성하는 니켈-텅스텐/실리카-알루미나-지올라이트 또는 니켈-몰리브덴/실리카-알루미나-지올라이트 촉매를 함유하는 제2층의 촉매로 이루어진 층상 촉매의 존재하에서, 수소와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여 탄화수소를 탈질화 시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 니켈-몰리브덴-인/알루미나 촉매로 이루어진 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 제2층 촉매가 티타늄 산화물을 추가로 함유하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매가 약 70Å 이상의 평균 세공 크기를 지니는 감마 알루미나를 함유하는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 제2층 촉매 지올라이트 성분이 약 3내지 약 20중량%의 제2층 촉매를 구성하는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 제2층 촉매 지올라이트 성분이 약 3내지 약20중량%의 제2층 촉매를 구성하는 방법.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 제1층 촉매의 평균 세공 크기가 약 75 내지 약 120Å인 방법.
