Description
Claims (12)
- 공기정화 및 유해한 독성물질 처리의 목적으로 공기내의 독성오염물질을 분해하여 공기로 부터 오존, 일산화탄소, 질소산화물을 제거하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치로서, 상기 장치가 1)대향하는 제1전극 및 제2전극과, 2)상기 제1 및 제2전극 사이에 놓여지고 비전도성 패킹재료로 이루어지는 베드와, 3)적어도 0.5KHz 내지 40KHz의 주파수범위를 갖는 교류전원장치로 구성되며, 4)상기 전원장치는 변압기에 연결되어 적어도 4kV 내지 28kV으니 전압 범위를 갖는 고전압교류를 생성하고, 5)상기 변압기는 상기 제1및 제2전극간에 연결되어 상기 베드전역에 걸쳐 공기 플라스마를 생성하며, 6)상기 전원장치, 상기 변압기, 상기 전극 및 상기 패킹재료는 임피던스 매칭이 제공되는 복합 임피던스를 구성하고, 7)상기 전원장치, 상기 변압기, 상기 전극 및 상기 패킹재료는 주파수 동조가 제공되는 공명 전기회로를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2전극은 전기 전도성 로드, 튜브, 파이프, 호일 또는 필름으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 교류 전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극간에 놓여지는 패킹은 모를리딕 집합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극간에 놓여지는 패킹은 세라믹 유리 또는 섬유 매트릭스 형태로 된 다른 적절한 제료로 구성되는 고효율 미립자 공기(HEPA)필터임을 특징으로 하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2전극은 금속, 플리머, 유리 또는 세라믹 코팅으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 화학적 작용에 견디는 보호코팅을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 원통형상이고 동축적으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2전극은 히트 파이프임을 특징으로 하는 교류전기방전 플라스마 장치.
- 공기로 부터 오염물질을 제거하는 장치로서, 비교적 높은 활동성 플라스마 영역을 생성하는 수단과, 상기 공기가 상기 영역을 통과하게 하는 수단으로 구성되며, 오염물질은 상기 비교적 높은 활동성 플라스마와의 접촉을 통해 상기 공기로 부터 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 생성수단은 비전도성 절연재료를 포함하는 전극간에 공간을 구비하는 적어도 두개의 전기전도적극을 포함하여 플라스마를 발생시키는 수단을 추가로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 고주파수, 고전압, 교류전력소오스에 의해 구동됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절연재료는 유리, 세라믹, 파이렉스, 플라티늄-팔라듐-로듐 장구상 재료 및 알루미늄 장구상 재료를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 재료로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 절연재료는 전극간의 공간에 단단히 채워지는 다공성 절연비드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
