Claims (5)
- 성형수지 기포체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 충진시키기 이전에 미리 기포 형성된 펠릿의 겉보기 밀도가 측정되고; 충진시에. 겉보기 밀도에 의존해서 측정결과를 기초로 하여 결정된 명확한 값까지 성형물의 균열폭 조절되고, 그 결과 성형혈내 충진된 페릿의 중량을 일정하게 하고; 그후, 상기 성형물이 성형을 수행하는 것을 마치는 것을 특징으로 하는 미리 기포 형성된 수지 펠릿을 성형혈로 충진시키는 것으로 구성된 성형수지 기포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형수지 기포체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 겉보기 밀도의 측정이 성형혈 또는 펠릿들중 그의 인접한 부분 내에 충진될 준비가 되어 있는 미리 기포 형성된 수지 펠릿의 부분으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형 수지 시포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 균열폭의 조절이 자동화되고, 그 결과 성형 기포체 중량의 분산이 최소화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형수지 기포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 성형수지 기포체를 제조하는 장치로서, 공급재료 호피로부터 일부의 공급재료를 샘플링하고 성형시키기 전에 그의 겉보기 미도를 측정하는 배열대(2-4). 그와함께 인터록 시키기 위해서 성형 개폐의 포지셔너에 제공되는 현재의 성형 폐쇄 위치를 특정하기 위한 장치(8) : 및 미리 준비된 프로그램에 따른 겉보기 밀도에 의존해서 결정된 최적 균열폭을 계산하고 상기 최적 균열 폭의 위치에서 성형-폐쇄 멈추게 하기 위해 유압 성형 개폐단위의 성형- 폐쇠용 유압 공급라인을 폐쇄시키면서 측정된 겉보기 밀도치 및 이전의 두가지로부터 현재의 성형 폐쇄위치를 얻는 컴퓨터 자동균열폭 제어장치(10)을 상기 자동팽창 성형 기계에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급재료 호피(1), 공급재료 충진장치(6), 성형물(5) 유압개폐단위 (11-16), 성형물 개폐의 포지셔너(9) 및 성형물을 가열 또는 냉각시키기 위한 시스템을 포함하는 자동팽창 성형기계로 구성된 성형 수지기포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 컴퓨터,/자동균열 폭 제어장치가 실제 성형-폐쇄 정지 위치와 성형 폐쇄 정지의 산출된 고정 위치사이의 편차를 측정하고 그 다음 성형 사이클에서, 자동 산출 및 수정을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 컴퓨터/자동 균열폭 제어장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형수지 기포체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
