Claims (15)
- 도금코팅(14)을 갖는 강한 백킹재료(10)를 포함하고 도금코팅이 코팅매트릭스를 구성하는 제1재료(22)를 포함하며 제2재료(24)의 분산상을 갖는 저어널베어링에 있어서, 제2재료의 분산상이 백킹재료와 코팅사이의 중간면(18)에서 비교적 낮은 함유량을 갖고 코팅표면에 비교적 큰 함유량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강한 백킹재료(10)와 도금코팅(14) 사이에 삽입된 베어링재료(12)의 층을 또한 포함함을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 베어링재료의 층이 구리합금, 알루미늄함금 및 은함금을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 베어링재료의 층과 도금코팅사이에 삽입된 제4층이 있음을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 상기 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 기초층과의 중간면에 인접한 도금코팅이 3㎛까지의 두께를 위하여 순수한 매트릭스 재료를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제5항에 있어서, 순수한 매트릭스 재료의 층의 두께가 0.1-2μ의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 상기 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 도금코팅의 총두께가 10-50㎛의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제7항에 있어서, 도금코팅의 총두께가 15-40㎛의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 상기 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 도금코팅표면(26)이 5㎛까지의 두께를 위하여 순수한 제2재료를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제9항에 있어서, 도금코팅표면이 1-3㎛의 범위의 두께를 위하여 순수한 제2재료를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 상기 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 도금코팅표면의 제2재료가 납, 주석, 카드뮴, 안티몬, 비스무트, 인듐 및 이들 합금을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.

- 제1항 내지 제10항 및 제13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 도금코팅이 주석의 분산된 제2상을 갖는 알루미늄 매트릭스를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.
- 제14항에 있어서, 기초층과의 중간면에 인접한 도금코팅은 표면 또는 표면층에 인접한 성분이 약 알루미늄-50wt% 주석인 반면에 약 알루미늄-10wt% 주석임을 특징으로 하는 저어널베어링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
