Claims (12)
- 환경에 유해한, 메탄 및 기타화학 물질이 배출될 수 있는 물질을 처리하기 위한 방법으로서, 물질을 가열하고 배출되는 가스를 물로 세척처리하거나 가스를 세척하는 화학물질 순환용액으로 처리하고 세척장치로 부터 배출된 가스중의 메탄을 연소시키고 발생된 열을, 최소한 부분적으로, 출발물질을 가열시키는데 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출발물질이 암모니아를 포함하고 상기 세척처리는 순환암모니아용액으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배설물이 출발물질(들)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가축이 머무르는 가축우리로 부터 배출된 가축우리공기를 배설물이 가열되는 공간으로 부터 배출된 가스와 함께 물로 세척처리 하거나 순환 암모니아 용액으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 출발물질이 오물슬러지인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도가 12℃이하인 세척용액으로 세척처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세척하는 동안 획득된 암모니아 용액내에 존재하는 황화수소는 암모니아 용액을 수산화철슬러지로 통과시킴으로써 상기 용액으로 부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1항의 방법에 따라 가열된 출발물질도 또한 메탄을 연소시킨 연소오븐에서 연소시킨후, 연소가스를 열교환기를 통해 냉각시키고 산화칼슘층으로 통과시킴으로써 황- 및 질소 산화물과 결합시키고, 그후에 그것들을 자유대기 중으로 방출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 있어서, 산화칼슘과 연소가스대 황-및 질소산화물과의 반응을 통해 형성된 칼슘 설페이트 및 칼슘니트레이트를 오븐의 밑바닥으로 부터 방출된 포스페이트-함유 잔류물과 혼합함으로써 칼슘, 포스페이트 및 질소를 포함하는, 비료를 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 메탄을 포함한, 세척된 가스를 위한 배기 장치가 꼭대기에 설치된 역류 세척 장치를 포함하고 있는 장치로서, 여기에서 배기 장치는 메탄을 연소시키기 위한 연소장치에 연결되어 있고, 상기 연소장치에는 연소가스를 위한 배기 장치가 출발물질을 위한 저장공간에 존재하는 가열 튜브에 연결되어 있는 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항의 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가축우리가 또한 세척장치의 밑바닥에 있는 가스 공급기 또는 분리 세척 장치에도 연결되어 있고, 상기 장치로 부터 배출된 가스가 연소 장치에도 공급되는 장치.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 상기 제1항의 방법에 따라 처리한 배설물의 저장고로 부터 공급장치, 상기 장치로 부터 연소가스를 배출시키기 위한 배기장치에 연결된 열교화기, 및 연소 가스로 부터 황산화물 및 질소 산화물을 제거하기 위한 열교환기에 연결된 산화칼슘층이 있는 컨테이너에 의해 연소장치로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
