Claims (4)
- 원적외선 방사 세라믹스의 제조방법에 있어서, SiO275∼40중량%와 Fe2O31.5∼0.2중량%를 혼합하여 1360∼1410℃에서 1시간 동안 사전 소성시키고, 이와는 별도로 Al2O35∼38중량%, 탄소 4∼77중량% 및 MgO 1∼12.7중량%를 혼합하여 1950∼2030℃에서 1시간 동안 사전 소성시킨 후, 상기 2종류의 소성혼합물을 상온에서 K2O와 Na2O로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류 이상의 성분 6.5∼0.8중량% 및 CaO, TiO2, FeO 및 BeO로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류 이상의 성분 7∼0.6중량%와 혼합하여 10시간 이상 볼밀로 파쇄한 다음, 성형하고 1240∼1360℃에서 1회 내지 수회 소성시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 방사 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, K2O의 함량이 0.1∼5중량%이고, Na2O의 함유량이 0.5∼2.0중량%인 원적외선 방사 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, CaO의 함량이 0.4∼2.0중량%, TiO2의 함량이 0.1∼0.5 중량%, FeO의 함량이 0.1∼0.5중랑%, BeO의 함량이 2∼4중량%인 원적외선 방사 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형이 직경 1.0∼3.0cm, 높이 0.5∼2.5cm의 타원형 구체로 형성되는 원적외선 방사 세라믹스의 제조방법.
