Claims (10)
- (a) 금속을 온도 T1보다 높거나 같은 온도의 제1대역에서 증기화 온도 조건하에 증기화시키는 공정, (b) 가스상 기규중의 상기 금속증기를 상기 제1대역에서 제2대역으로 통과시키는 공정 및 (c) 상기금속증기를 상기 제2대역에서 산화제와 접촉시킴으로써 상기 금속증기를 산확시켜 상기 가스상 기류중의 고상 금속 산화물 입자들로 이루어진 에어로졸을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어진, 대응하는 금속으로부터 금속산화물 에어로졸을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 알칼리 토금속 보다 더 크거나 같은 원자가를 갖는 금속 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 마그네슘 및 칼슘으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속을 증기화시키는 동안 불활성 가스 기류를 상기 제1대역에 공급하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스 기류에 가해지는 금속 증기량이 5g/Nm3내지 250 g/Nm3인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 T1이 증기화되는 금속의 융점인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속이 마그네슘이고, 증기화 온도가 대기압하에서 450°-11 50℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속이 칼슘이고, 증기화 온도가 대기압하에서 650°-1300℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸이 0.001-1.0μm의 입도를 갖는 금속 산화물로 특징지어지는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어로졸을 조절된 온도 조건하에서 배출 물질을 함유하는 가스상 기류와 접촉시킴으로써 상기 금속 산화물 입자를 배출 물질과 반응시키는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
