Claims (3)

  1. 주물의 주형을 만든느 주물사의 제조에 있어서, 자연사와 규사로 혼합된 합성사로 중성 PH로 조절한 다음 여기에 포트랜트시멘트, 메타규산소오다 및 규조토를 2∼2.5:1∼1.5의 비로 혼합한 혼합점결제와 전분과 피치를 동률로 혼합한 혼합 첨가재 및 탄산칼슘 분말과 올레인산아미드를 동률로 혼합한 이형제를 차례로 첨가하여 통상적 방법에 따라 주물사를 제조하여 진공포장함을 특징으로 하는 주물사의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합성사는 80∼95wt%, 점결제는 5∼10wt%, 첨가제는 1∼3wt% 및 이형제는 5∼10wt%로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 주물사의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 합성사가 자연사 30∼40wt%와 규사 60∼70wt%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 주물사의 제조방법.
