Claims (7)
- 모우터부재에 의해 작동될 수 있는 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 한쪽 링기어(570)는 캘리퍼하우징(114)의 보어(116)와 맞물리고, 한쪽링 기어(570)와 캘리퍼하우징(114)의 보어(116) 사이에 배치된 탄력부재(572,573)를 가지고 있으며, 다른쪽 링기어(580)는 상기 너트(530)와 연결된 나사부재(588)와 회전불가능하게 맞물리고 상기 모우터부재(40)의 작동은 상기 다른쪽 링기어(580)의 회전 및 상기 마찰요소(118,120)중의 하나(118)와 맞물리는 상기 너트(530)의 변위를 야기시켜서 캘리퍼하우징(114)이 반작용에 의해 다른 마찰요소(120)를 상기 회전자(22)와 맞물리도록 변위시키며, 탄력부재(572,573)는 다른쪽 링기어(580)의 회전이 한쪽방향으로 상기 한쪽 링기어(570)와 보어(116) 사이에서 저마찰 맞물림을 초래하며 그리고 상기 다른쪽 링기어(580)의 회전의 다른쪽 방향으로 상기 한쪽 링기어(570)와 보어(116)사이에서 고마찰 맞물림을 초래하고, 이것에 의해, 회전의 한쪽방향으로의 상기 다른 링기어의 회전은 한쪽 링기어(570)를 상기 캘리퍼하우징(114)에 대하여 회전시키도록 하며, 보어의 한쪽끝에 배치된 너트(530)를 구비한 보어(116)를 가진 캘리퍼하징(114), 회전자(22)와 맞물린 상태의 한쌍의 마찰요소(118,120)를 변위시키기 위하여 작용될 수 있는 캘리퍼하우징(116) 및 너트(530), 상기 보어(116)내부에 배치되고 선기어(52), 유성기어(54,55,56) 및 한쌍의 링기어(570,580)로 구성된 유성기어 조립체(150) 및 유성기어(54,55,56)를 구동시키는 상기 선기어(52)와 연결된 모우터부재(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 너트(530)는 상기 나사부재(588)를 따라서 이동할 수 있으며, 상기 다른쪽 링기어(580)를 반작용에 의해 캘리퍼하우징(114)에 대하여 한쪽 링기어(570)의 상기 회전을 초래시킬 수 있는 상기 나사부재(588)의 한쪽단부와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 한쪽 링기어(570)는 탄력부재(572,573)가 배치된 반경방향의 리세스를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제3항에 있어서, 다른쪽 링기어(580)는 슬롯부재(582)를 가진 축방향의 리세스(581)를 포함하며, 나사부재(588)는 다른쪽 링기어(580)와 나사부재(588)의 회전불가능한 연결을 초래하도록 슬롯부재(582) 내부에 수용된 플랜지(586)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄력부재(587)는 나사부재(588)의 플랜지(586)에 인접 배치되며, 너트(530)는 나사부재(588)를 따라서 너트(530)의 상기 이동시 탄력부재(587)와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크
- 제3항에 있어서, 한쪽 링기어(570)의 반경방향의 리세스(571) 내부에 배치된 탄력부재(572,573)는 고무링(572)으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
- 제3항에 있어서, 한쪽 링기어(570)의 반경방향의 리세스(571) 내부에 배치된 탄력부재(572,573)는 코일클러치 스프링(573)인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
