Abstract

본 발명은 열 및 연소가스 또는 폐가스(NOx)에 장시간 노출되더라도 변색이 되지 않는 내변색성 폴리우레탄 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것임.
본 발명은 분자량이 200∼1,200인 아인산염계 화합물과 분자량이 200∼800인 세미카바지드계 화합물을 동시에 혼합사용하고, 이들 화합물의 중량비가 1:1∼1:3이 되도록 혼합하며, 섬유중량에 대해 각각 0.5∼5.0중량% 첨가하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 내변색성 폴리우레탄 섬유의 제조방법이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 분자량이 200∼1,200인 아인산염계 화합물과 분자량이 200∼800인 세미카바지드계 화합물을 동시에 혼합사용하고, 통상의 첨가제와 함께 첨가하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내변색성 폴리우레탄 섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아인산염계 화합물과 세미카바지드계 화합물의 중량비가 1:1∼1:3이 되도록 혼합하고, 상기 화합물들을 섬유 중량에 대해 각각 0.5∼5.0중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내변색성 폴리우레탄 섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아인산염계 화합물이 트리페녹시 포스핀이고, 세미카바지드계 화합물이 1,1,1',1'-테트라 메틸-4,4'(메틸렌-디-P-페닐렌) 디세미카바지드 또는 1,6-헥사메틸렌 비스(N,N' 디메틸세미카바지드)임을 특징으로 하는 내변색성 폴리우레탄 섬유의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 섬유가 폴리에테르계 폴리우레탄 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 내변색성 폴리우레탄 섬유의 제조방법.
