Abstract

본 발명은 에어콘의 증발기성에를 제거시킴에 있어서, 증발기상에 증발기온도감지센서와 히터를 장착하여 증발기상에 성에를 상기 온도감지센서로 감지하고 이 감지된 너온도에 따라 히터를 선택 구동시켜 증발기의 성에를 강제제상시킴으로써 성에로인한 냉방효율이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것임.

Claims (2)

  1. 냉매사이클에 의하여 저온, 저압의 냉매로 주위와의 열교환을 이루면서 실내온도를 낮은 온도를 변화시키는 에어콘의 증발기(1)의 소정 위치에 증발기(1)의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지센서(2)와, 상기 온도감지센서(2)에 의하여 감지된 온도에 따라 구동하면서 증발기(1)에 성에를 제거시키는 한쌍의 히터(3)를 장착시켜서된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 증발기 성에제거장치.
  2. 에어콘 증발기의 성에를 제상시키는 방법에 있어서, 온도감지센서로부터 증발기의 온도를 감지하는 증발기온도감지단계(100)와, 상기 증발기온도감지단계(100)에서 감지된 온도와 증발기 온도를 비교판단하는 증발기온도비교판단단계(200)와, 상기 증발기온도비교판단단계(200)에서 감지된 온도가 증발기온도보다 매우 높으면 히터, 팬모터를 구동시켜 제상하는 히터, 팬모터 구동단계(300)와, 상기 감지온도가 증발기온도보다 조금 높은가를 판단하는 증발기온도비교판단단계(400), 상기 증발기온도비교판단단계(400)에서 조금높으면 팬모터만을 구동시켜 제상하는 팬모터구동단계(500)와, 상기 단계(300), (400)를 디스플레이하는 디스플레이단계(600)와, 상기단계(300), (400)에서 제상시 온도감지센서(2)로 부터 성에제거가 완료되었는가를 판단하는 성에제거완료판단단계(700)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 증발기 성에제거장치.
