승합버스의 시트레일

본 고안은 승합버스의 벽체와 바닥에 시트레일을 장치한 것으로, 승객의 수에 따라 시트를 레일에 스라이딩시킴으로서 언제든지 편리하게 시트를 옮길수 있게한 것이다.
종래 승합버스의 시트 고정방법은 사이드 시트레일에 사이드 시트브래킷이 고정되고 바닥에 시트레그가 고정되는 구조인데 벽체에 사이드 시트레일을 용접 부착하고 이에 사이드 시트브래킷을 나사 결합고정시키며 바닥에 시트레그를 나사결합 고정시키는 구조이여서 필요에 따라 시트의 배열을 변경하고저 할 경우 나사결합 부위를 일일이 해제하고 다시 구멍을 뚫고 나사내기를 해야 함으로서 시트 배열변경은 거의 불가능한 구조이다.
또한 일본 실개소 56-16546호는 그 구조가 복잡하여 원가가 고등함으로 경제성이 없어 실용화되지 못하였다.
본 고안은 간단한 구조로서 승객의 수에 따라 시트배열은 변경시키는 기능을 부여케한것으로서 그 요지를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
벽체(1)에 사이드 시트레일(2)을 설치하여 이안에 사이드 시트 브래킷(3)을 끼워 나사결합하고 바닥(4)에 "" 형 시트레일(5)을 매설하여 볼트(6)로 고정하며 시트레그(7)의 하단에 스라이더(8)를 맞대어 놓고 시트레일(5)안으로 부터 볼트(9)의 머리를 끼우고 이에 와셔(11)와 슬라이더(8)를 끼워 시트레그(7)와 일체로 연장되어 있는 슬라이더(8)에 뚫린 소공에 삽입시켜 너트(10)로 고정시켜 스라이더(8)가 시트레일(5)상단에서 스라이딩 되게한 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 차체의 측면부에 장착되어 있는 사이드 시트 브래킷(3)과 사이드 시트레일(2)은 종래와 같은 볼트 너트로서 나사 고정하며 시트의 하단 받침대인 시트레그(7)의 고정은 볼트(9)의 머리부분을 시트레일(5)의 홈에 끼우고 볼트(9)의 끝단을 시트레그(7)와 일체로 연장되어 있는 슬라이더(8)의 소공에 삽입시킨 후 와셔(11)를 끼우고 너트(10)를 끼움으로서 시트레일(5)과 시트레그(7)가 고정되는 것이며 시트레그와 시트레그 사이의 시트레일 홈에는 별도의 먼지막이 (도시않음)를 끼워서 홈에 먼지가 쌓이는 것을 방지할수 있는 것이다.
이 상태에서 시트 배열을 변경코자 할 경우 사이드 시트브래킷(3)을 고정한 너트와 시트레그(7)를 고정한 너트(10)를 풀고 먼지막이를 시트레일(5)의 상단으로부터 탈거한 후 시트를 밀어서 스라이더(8)에 의해 스라이딩 동작으로 시트 배열을 변경하고 다시 사이드 시트브래킷(3) 및 시트레그(7)를 너트(10)로 고정하고 먼지막이를 시트레그에 삽입하여 작업 완료하는 것이다.
그러므로 본 고안은 시트 배열을 쉽게 변경할수 있으며 실내 미관과 탑승객의 수에 따라 실내 분위기를 조화있게 연출시켜 승객의 승차감을 향상시킬수 있는 것이다.

  1. 벽체(1)에 사이드 시트레일(2)을 설치하여 이 안에 사이드 브래킷(3)을 끼워 나사결합하고 바닥(4) "" 형 시트레일(5)을 매설하여 볼트(6)로 고정하며 시트레그()의 하단에 스라이더(8)를 맞대어 놓고 시트레일(5)안으로부터 볼트(9)의 머리를끼우고 이에 와셔(11)와 슬라이더(8)를 끼워 시트레그(7)와 일체로 연장되어 있는 슬라이더(8)에 뚫린 소공에 삽입시켜 너트(10)로 고정시켜 슬라이더(8)가 시트레일(5) 상단에서 스라이딩되게 함을 특징으로 하는 승합버스의 시트레일.
