Abstract

광합성할때 생기는 산소량을 정량 측정하고 식물이 호흡할때 (광원이 없을 때)는 반대로 산소를 흡수하는데 발생과 흡수의 차이를 밀폐용기를 연결시켜 도세관속에 있는 오일 방울이 이동하는 것을 눈금으로 측정하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 밀폐될 수 있는 투명한 용기(1) 위에 완충액을 종이에 묻혀 넣어두는 완충용액통 (3i을 투명용기 (1)와 상통 되게하여 개폐 코크 (4)를 거쳐 모세관(5) (11)까지 통하였고 이 모세관의 눈금자는 상하로 접을 수 있는 나사(10)로 연결 되였으며, 산소 발생 증감 표시 점 오일 (6)은 모세관 속에 있고 밤을 연출하기 위한 검은 색 쉬트(9)와 전등(8) 및 완충 용액 약품통(7)은 보조재료임.
