Abstract

본 발명은 n-3지방산 공급원 약 30 내지 60중량%, 탄수화물 공급원 약 7내지 20중량%, 분말건초 약 3내지 6중량%, 유화제 약30내지 50중량%및 항상화제 약 0.75내지 0. 15중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 우유생산을 위한 유우용 사료조성물 및 이를 유우에 급여시킴으로서 n-3 지방산이 풍부한 우유를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 전체 사료조성물에 대하여 n-3지방산 공급원 약 30 내지 50중량%, 탄수화물 공급원 약 7내지 20중량%, 분말건초 약 3내지 6중량%, 유화제 약30내지 50중량%및 항상화제 약 0.05내지 0. 15중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 우유생산을 위한 유우용 사료조성물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, n-3 지 방산 공급원으로 아마씨, 들깨 또는 어분을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 사료조성물
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 아마씨와 들깨를 100 : 2-10의 비율로 혼합 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 사료조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 어분을 5내지 10중량%를 추가로 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 사료조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탄수화물 공급원으로 밀,보리,귀리를 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 사료조성물
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유화제로서 카제 인, 대두, 포름알데 히드, 소금, 메탄을 및 물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 항산화제로 산토윈을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 사료조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 사료조성물중에 함유된 지방과 단백질의 비율이 1 : 1 내지 4 : 1인 유우용 사료조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, n-3지방산 공급원을 전체 사료조성물에 대하여 약30내지 40중량%함유함을 특징으로 하는 유우용 사료조성물.
  10. 제1내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유우용 사료조성물을 유우에게 급여시켜 n-3지방산이 풍부한 우유를 생산하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 우유중 n-3지방산의 비율이 2 : 1정도이며 EPA,DPA,D7A를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
