Abstract

본 발명은 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터에 관한 것이다. 상기 액츄에이터는 구멍을 가지는 절연기판과, 상부보다 하부가 두꺼우며 전계에 의해 변형되는 제1 및 제2변형부들과, 상기 제1 및 제2변형부들의 사이에 개재되어 있는 내부전극과, 상기 내부전극과 평행한 제1및 제2변형부들의 외부표면들에 형성되어 있는 제1및 제2외부전극들과, 상기 절연기판상의 내부전극과 일치하는 부분에 형성되어 이 내부전극과 접촉되는 제1도전물질과, 상기 구멍을 채우며 상기 제1및 제2외부전극들과 접촉되는 제2도전물질을 포함한다. 따라서 상기 액츄에이터는 구조가 간단하고 제조가 쉬우며 내부응력을 작게하여 수명이 길다.

Claims (7)

  1. 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터에 있어서, 절연기판과, 상부보다 하부가 두꺼우며 전계에 의해 변형되는 제1 및 제2변형부들과, 상기 제1 및 제2변형부들의 제1측면들과 양면이 각각 접촉되도록 개재되어 있는 내부전극과, 상기 내부전극과 평행하도록 제1및 제2변형부들의 제2측면들에 형성되어 있는 제1및 제2외부전극들과, 상기 절연기판상에 내부전극과 제1 및 제2외부전극들과 일치하는 부분에 형성되며 교차하여도 절연되는 제1 및 제2도전 물질들을 포함하는 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2변형부들이 변위부가 압전재료인 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2외부전극들이 접지인 투사형 화상표시 장치의 액츄에이터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2변형부들이 전왜재료인 투사형 화상표시 장치의 액츄에이터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극이 접지인 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2도전물질들 사이의 중간에 비도전성 물질이 형성된 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터.
  7. 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터에 있어서, 구멍을 가지는 절연기판과, 상부보다 하부가 두꺼우며 전계에 의해 변형되는 제1 및 제2변형부들과, 상기 제1 및 제2변형부들의 제1측면들과 양면이 각각 접촉되도록 개재되어 있는 내부전극과, 상기 내부전극과 평행하도록 제1 및 제2변형부들이 제2측면들에 형성되어 있는 제1 및 제2외부전극과; 상기 절연기판상의 내부전극과 일치하는 부분에 형성되어 이 내부전극과 접촉되는 제1도전물질과; 상기 구멍을 채우며 상기 제1 및 제2외부전극들과 접촉되는 제2도전 물질을 포함하는 투사형 화상표시장치의 액츄에이터.
