Abstract

본 발명은 코우더가 일체형으로 내장된 누출방지성 조인트용 장착 장치로서, 회전 지지체(1)상에 장착된 디스크(2)가 자성 입자를 장입시킨 탄성중합체로 피복된 한 면을 가지는 한편, 상기 디스크의 다른 한 면은 축방향으로 환형의 내부공간을 형성하는 장착장치에 있어서, 상기 코우더(4)의 외측면이 디스크(2)에 고정된 누출방지용 수단(13)과의 접합부를 지지하고 최소한 지지체(6)의 측면평면(P)와 거의 일체로 형성되며, 상기 지지체(6)은 상기 지지체의 측면 평면에 의해 축방향으로 형성된 환형 공동(15) 내부에 장착된 누출방지성 조인트의 구성요소(8)을 지지할 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치에 관한 것이다.

제 1 도는 고정된 케이스에 의해 지지된 부가의 누출방지성 조인트와 접촉된 상태에서 회전하는 샤프트위에 코우더를 가진 누출방지성 조인트의 조립 실시양태를 나타낸 단면도, 제 6 도는 누출방지성 조인트에 의한 장착 장치를 간소화시켜 도시한 도면, 제 7 도는 제 6 도에 도시된 장착 장치 실시양태의 변형예를 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 코우더가 일체형으로 내장된 누출방지성 조인트용 장착 장치로서, 회전 지지체(1,20)상에 장착된 디스크(2)가 자성 입자를 장입시킨 탄성중합체로 피복된 한 면을 가지는 한편, 상기 디스크의 다른 한면을 축방향으로 환형의 내부공간을 형성하는 장착장치에 있어서, 상기 코우더(4)의 외측면이 디스크(2)에 고정된 누출방지용 수단(13,21,33)과의 접합부를 지지하고 최소한 지지체(6,20)의 측면평면(P)와 거의 일체로 형성되며, 상기 지지체(6,20)은 상기 지지체의 측면평면에 의해 축방향으로 형성된 환형 공동(15) 내부에 장착된 누출방지성 조인트의 구성요소(8)을 지지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 코우더가 일체형으로 내장된 누출방지성 조인트용 장착장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코우더에 접합된 누출방지용 수단이 지지체로부터 반경방향에 있는 하나이상의 립(13,33)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코우더에 접합된 누출방지용 수단이 회전 지지체(20)의 오목부(22)와 접촉된 환형의 조립용 리브(21)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 코우더 요소의 조립용 리브(21)이 자성 입자를 장입시키지 않은 탄성중합체로 구성되며 코우더(4)로부터 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크-코우더 조합체(2,4)의 주변 표면이 간극(16)에 의해 반경방향으로 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립 장치.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크-코우더 조합체(2,4)의 주변 표면이 회전코우더(4)와 접촉된 상태로 고정된 누출방지용 립(17) 아래에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디스크 코우더(2) 및 누출방지용 수단(10)을 지지하는 고정된 디스크에 의해 축방향으로 한정된 환형 공동(19)가 최소한 자기 액체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 디스크 코우더 조합체(2,4)의 주변 표면을 한정하는 간극(16)이 자기 액체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코우더(4)의 회전 지지체가 상기 코우더에 의해 전달된 자기 유량을 농축시키는데 사용되는 자성 재료로 만들어진 반경방향 연장부인 디스크(2)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장착 장치.
