본 발명은 휘도와 색좌표가 우수한 투사영 칼라 브라운관 형광막 제조용 녹생 형과체에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 따른 형광체는 Pr을 10~100ppm 함유함을 특징으로 하는 LaOcl : Tb, Ti 녹색 형광체이다

제1도는 LaOcl : Tb, Ti 녹색 형광체의 Pr 첨가량에 따른 휘도 변화를 도식한 그래프도이며,
제2도는 LaOcl : Tb, Ti 녹생 형광체의 Pr 첨가량에 따른 색좌표 변화를 도식한 그래프도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. Pr을 10~100ppm 함유함을 특징으로 하는 LaOcl : Tb, Ti 녹색 형광체.
  2. La2O3와 Tb4O7을 혼합하고 질산으로 용해한 다음 Pr 용액을 혼합하고 옥살산을 가하여 침전물을 형성시킨 후 세정, 건조시킨 다음 900~1100℃로 1차 소성한 다음, flux NH4cl을 혼합한 다음 2차 소성한 다음, 환원 분위기에서 3차 소성하고 산세정, 건조하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 Pr을 포함하는 LaOcl : Tb,Ti 녹색 형광체 제조방법.
