Claims (4)
- 기체가 유통하는 탑본체내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치로서, 상기 스프레이노즐의 액입구부의 형상을 상기 스프레이노즐의 액토출구직경의 0.2배이상의 곡율반경을 가진 밸형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기액접촉장치.
- 기체가 유통하는 탑본체내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치로서, 상기 스프레이노즐의 재질을 JIS-A경도가 50∼100°의 폴리에테르계 우레탄고무 및 평균분자량 1,000,000∼4,000,000의 폴리에틸렌중의 하나로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기액접촉장치.
- 기체가 유통하는 탑본체내부에, 슬러리용액을 위쪽을 향해서 토출하는 스프레이노즐을 배설해서 이루어진 기액접촉장치로서, 상기 스프레이노즐의 액입구부의 형상을 상기 스프레이노즐의 액토출구직격의 0.2배이상의 곡율반경을 가진벨형상으로 하는 동시에, 상기 스프레이노즐의 재질을 JIS-A경도가 50∼100°의 폴리에테르계 우레탄고무 및 평균분자량 1,000,000∼4,000,000의 폴리에틸렌중의 하나로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기액접촉장치.
- (a)노즐본체의 외주면에 융기부를 가진 세라믹스제노즐과, (b)조즐본체의 외형보다 큰 개구를 가진 플랜지본체와 플랜지본체의 하부면으로부터 노즐본체와 거의 동심형상으로 뻗는 중통부(中筒部)로 이루어지고, 또한 중통부의 벽에는 관통구명을 가진 조임플랜지와, (c)조임플랜지의 중통부보다 큰 치수의 내경을 가진 통형상체로 이루어지고, 통형상체의 상부에서 상기 플랜지본체와의 볼트결합에 의해 조임플랜지에 연결되는 지지노즐을 구비하고, (d)상기 중통부의 안쪽 및 바깥쪽이 관통구멍을 개재해서 일체가 되도록 탄성수지를 노즐과 지지노즐의 사이의 간격에 충전해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스제노즐의 지지구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
