Description
Claims (27)
- 희토류 원소의 아세트산염 또는 염화물 1종 이상을 함유하는 용액을 제조하는 단계, 이 용액을 염기성 매질과 접축시키고 그 결과 형성된 반응 매질을 염기성 pH 로 유지시키는 단계, 형성된 침전물을 분무화 또는 동결 건조에 의해 모으는 단계를 포함하는, 희토류 원소1종 이상을 기재로 하는 분산성 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 희토류 원소의 아세트산염 또는 염화물1종 이상, 및 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소의 염 또는 콜로이드상 용액 1종 이상을 함유하는 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 이 혼합물을 염기성 매질과 접촉시키고, 그 결과 형성된 반응 매질응 염기성 pH로 유지시키는 단계, 형성된 침전물응 분무 또는 동결 건조에 의해 모으는 단계를 포함하는, 희토류 원소1종 이상, 및 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 분산성 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세륨, 이트륨, 네오디뮴, 가돌리늄 및 프라세오디뮴으로부터 선택된 희토류 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 지르코늄, 철, 구리, 갈륨, 팔라듐 및 망간으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용액 또는 혼합물이 염기성 매질과 접촉될 때 반응 매질의 pH가 일정하게 유지되는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉은 용액 또는 혼합물을 염기성 매질에첨가시킴으로써 일어나는 것인 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 매질로는 액체 암모니아 용액이 사용되는 것인 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 매질의 pH는 9이상, 특히 9.5 내지 11로 유지되는 것인 방법.
- 희토류 원소1종 이상, 및 임의로 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는, 물 중에서의 분산도가 50%이상, 특히 60%이상인 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 희토류 원소1종 이상, 및 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하며, 불균일 범위가 10n㎡미만인 화학적 균일도를 갖는 화합물.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 화합물의 질산염 함량은 1,000ppm 이하, 특히 200ppm 이하, 더욱 특히 100ppm 이하인 화합물.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 다른 화합물을 소성시켜서 얻어지는, 희토류 원소 산화물 1종 이상, 및 임의로 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 화합물.
- 희토류 원소 산화물 1종 이상, 및 임의로 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 화합물로 이루어지는, 콜로이드 크기가 5mm이하이고 질산염 함량이 1000ppm 이하인 콜로이드상 현탁액.
- 제13항에 있어서, 콜로이드 크기가 2 내지 5nm인 콜로이드상 현탁액.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 질산염 함량이 100ppm 이하인 콜로이드상 현탁액.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 희토류 원소 1종 이상, 및 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 다른 원소 1종 이상을 기재로 하는 화합물로 이루어지며, 불균일 범위가 10n㎡미만인 화학적 균일도를 갖는 콜로이드상 현탁액.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현탄액의 pH는 3이상, 특히 5 내지 8인 콜로이드상 현탁액.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 물 중에 재분산시키는 것을 포함하는 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 현탁액의 제조 방법.
- 800℃에서 6시간 동안 소성된 후의 입자 크기가 12nm이하인 입자로서 희토류 원소 산화물이 담체 중에 균일하게 분포된, 담체 및 1종 이상의 희토류 원소 산화물을 함유하는 촉매 조성물.
- 담체, 희토류 원소 산화물 1종 이상, 및 희토류 원소 산화물 및 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳa,Ⅶa,Ⅷ,Ⅰb,Ⅱb,Ⅲb 및 Ⅳb족으로부터 선택된 원소의 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제2 산화물 1종 이상을 함유하며, 상기 산화물들이 상기 담체 중에 균일하게 분포되고 병치되는 것은 촉매 조성물.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 담체 중의 산화물(들) 분포의 균일도가 10n㎡인 촉매 조성물.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 희토류 원소 산화물 1종 이상 및 상기 다른 원소 산화물 1종 이상을 함유하며, 800℃에서 6시간 동안 소성된 후의 상기 산화물의 입자 크기가 15nm 이하인 촉매 조성물.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여러 종류의 상기 산화물을 함유하며, 상기 산화물 모두 또는 대부분이 고용체의 형태로 존재하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제19항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 알루미나, 티탄, 지르코니아, 및 실리카로부터 선택되는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 현탁액을 상기 담체와 혼합하고, 혼합물을 소성시키는 것을 포함하는 제19항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 축배 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 촉매, 특히 내연 기관으로부터 배출되는 배기 가스 처리용 촉매의 제조를 위한 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 다른 화합물 또는 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 현탁액의 용도.
- 기판 및 코팅으로 이루어지고, 상기 코팅은 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 현탁액 또는 제19항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 조성물을 사용함으로써 얻어지는, 특히 내연 기관으로부터 배출되는 배기 가스 처리용 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
