Abstract
병 운반용 장치(11)는 판넬(26)에 의해 고정된 손잡이 부분(23, 24)와 함께 바닥(16) 및 구부러진 측면벽(19, 20)을 갖는다. 절단부는 바닥(16)에 만들어져 측면벽(19, 20)에 힌지구조로 연결된 날개(28)를 형성한다. 뚜껑 홀(31)의 가장자리(32)와 함께 상기 날개(28)는 병(12)의 목 숄더(15) 아래에 맞물려서 장치(11)안에 병을 유지한다.

제4도는 다른 위치에 있는 제2도 장치의 측면도이다,
제5도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 블랭크를 나타낸다.
Claims (14)
- 목 부분으로부터 돌출된 고리모양의 숄더를 각각 갖는 두개 또는 그 이상의 용기 운반용 장치로서, 상기 운반용 장치는 판지로 제조되며, 상기 용기의 개개의 목부분을 수용할 수 있는 두개 또는 그 이상의 구멍을 갖는 바닥과, 사용시 바닥에 대하여 기울어져 있고 바닥의 양쪽 반대편으로부터 서로를 향하도록 연장되어 있는 두개의 측면벽과 각 측면볍에 각각의 용기를 위해 형성된 절제부를 구비하며, 용기의 고리모양 숄더의 맞은편 측면 부분들은 상호작용하는 한쌍의 절제부 사이에 끼워 맞춰질 수 있도록되어 있고, 각 구멍을 적어도 일부가 바닥과 각각의 측면벽의 연결부에 힌지 구조로 결합된, 서로 마주보도록 배치된 한쌍의 날개에 의하여 한정되고, 상기 날개들은 사용시에 각각의 측면벽을 향해 배치되도록 위쪽으로 접혀지며, 상기 고리모양의 숄더는 또한 상기의 날개의 쌍 위로 끼워 맞춰지는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍 둘레의 적어도 일부가 용기에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 구멍이 일반적으로 원형임을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각 날개가 전체적으로 직경 가장자리와 마주보는 직선 가장자리를 갖는 반원형이며, 상기 직선 가장자리가 상기 날개의 힌지라인을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 각 날개의 직경 가장자리와 힌지 사이의 간격이, 날개가 측면벽의 뒤로 접혀올때, 이 날개가 측면벽에 있는 대응하는 절제부의 작용 가장자리의 상부로 돌출하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 절제부의 작용 가장자리가 일반적으로 위쪽으로 구부러진 끝부분을 가지며 측면벽/바닥 연결부에 일반적으로 평행한 가장자리에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 측면벽이 연결되어 손잡이 수단을 구체화하는, 위로 돌출된 손잡이 부분에 힌지구조로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 절제부가 손잡이 부분내로 연장되어 용기 뚜껑을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이 부분이 힌지 라인 바로 위에서 상기 측면벽에 함께 접착됨을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다른 안정된 날개가 한쪽의 손잡이 부분에서 연장되어, 다른쪽 손잡이 부분의 자유단 위로 접혀 접착제로 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이 수단이 손잡이 부분과 측면벽 사이의 힌지에 일반적으로 평행한 상부 가장자리를 따라 손잡이 부분에 힌지구조로 연결되어 있는 슬롯형의 요소를 잘라내므로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이 구멍 및 잘라낸 요소들이, 사용시 손잡이 부분이 아래로 접혀 한쪽 측면벽에 근접하게 놓일 수 있도록 위치되고 크기를 가지며, 상기 잘라낸 요소들은 용기의 고리모양 숄더 아래로 끼워 맞춰지는 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥이 중앙에 긴 연장 절곡선을 가지고 있어서 상기 장치를 평평하게 저장할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 운반용 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 판지의 결이 힌지 라인에 수직인 방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 운반용 위치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
