본 고안은 조립식 의자에 관한 것이다
종래에도 학생들이 많이 사용하는 의자는 고안된 바 있으나 골조를 형성함에 있어서 지지각과 횡간을 만곡하거나 적정길이로 절단 용접을 하여 의자를 형성하였으므로 제작공정이 복잡하고 인건비 등이 많이 소요되었으며, 오래 사용하지 못하여 용접부분이 떨어져 파손이 되어 폐기 처분되므로써 자원이 낭비되었고 사용을 하려면 재용접 수리를 해야 했으므로 번거로움이 많았던 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 폐단을 해결하기 위해 파이프를 절곡하여 의자를 형성할 때에 전면 수직지지간과 후면 수직지지간의 양측을 각각 적정 형대로 절곡하여 연통된 다수개의 내입공에 볼트를 끼워 넛트로 간편히 조립을 하므로써 의자의 제작공정을 단축하여 생산경비를 절감하면서 파손됨이 없이 오랫동안 사용할 수 있도록 고안한 것으로 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
후면은 상측의 등받이 횡간(1) 양측을 절곡하여 만곡부(2)(2')와 수직지지간(3)(3') 및 받침대(4)(4')를 일체로 형성하고 전면은 하측받침대(5) 양측을 절곡하여 수직지지간(6)(6')과 수평지지간(7)(7')을 일체로 각각형성하되 양 수직지지간에 연통된 다수개의 내입공(8)(8')에는 볼트(9)를 끼워 넛트(10)로 고정하고 위에는 통상의 좌판(11)과 등판(12)을 고정하여서 된 것이다.
미설명 부호 "13"은 통공, "14"는 고정피스를 표시한다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 전면의 수직지지간(6)(6')이고 후면의 수직지지간(3)(3')을 연접하면 다수개 뚫린 내입공(8)(8')은 연통이 되므로 내입공(8)(8')에 볼트(9)를 끼워 넛트(10)로 고정하여 주면 되고 상측의 수평지지간(7)(7')에는 좌판(11)과 등받이 횡간(1) 부분에는 등판(l2)을 고정하면 단시간에 간편히 조립이 완료되는 것이며, 사용시 의자의 좌판(11)에 앉아 등을 등판(12)에 기대면 몸무게는 주로 좌판(11)에 고정된 수평지지간(7)(7') 부분에서 받아 수직지지간(6)(6')(3)(3')으로 전달되어 저면의 하측받침대(5)와 받침대(4)(4')로 분산되며 받침대(5)는 수직지지간(6)(6')과 일체로 되어 보강되면서 의자가 앞으로 기울어짐을 방지해주며, 등받이 횡간(1) 부분의 만곡부(2)(2')는 의자에 앉았을때 등부분이 안정되게 각도를 유지시켜 주는 작용을 하는 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 의자를 형성할 때에 파이프를 적정길이와 각도가 유지되게 절곡하여 간편히 조립을 하므로써 제작공정이 단축되면서 소요경비를 절감할 수 있으므로 적은 비용으로 견고한 의자를 대량 조립 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 후면은 상측의 등받이 횡간(1) 양측을 절곡하여 만곡부(2)(2')와 수직지지간(3)(3') 및 받침대(4)(4')를 일체로 형성하고 전면은 하측받침대(5) 양측을 절곡하여 수직지지간(6)(6')과 수평지지간(7)(7')을 일체로 각각 형성하되 양수직 지지간을 연통한 통상의 내입공에는 볼트를 끼워 넛트로 고정하여서 된 조립식 의자.
