Abstract

식물의 뿌리는 자신이 필요로 하는 영양분이 함유된 염류를 흡수함에 있어 어느 농도까지는 에너지의 소비가 없이 수동적으로 삽입되는데, 탄소 동화 작용을 극도로 억제하고 생육시키는 콩나물, 녹두나물 등의 나물류에 인체에 필요한 영양 원소나 물질들을 염류화, 기타 나물이 흡수하기에 용이한 상태의 용액으로 만들고, 만들어진 용액으로 나물을 성장시켜 한가지 또는 두가지 이상의 영양 원소나 물질들을 나물 체내에 흡수시켜 축적시키는 나물 재배 방법.

  1. 인체에 필요한 특정의 영양 원소나 물질을 한가지 또는 두가지 이상의 염류, 기타 나물이 흡수하기 용이한 상태의 용액으로 조성하고, 조성된 용액을 나물의 생육에 가장 적합한 조건으로 나물에 공급하여, 나물이 성장함에 따라 한가지 또는 두가지 이상의 영양 원소나 물질을 나물의 체내에 흡수, 축적시키는 나물 재배 방법.
