Claims (7)
- 기체 투과성 2차원 필터요소들에 의해 900℃ 이하의 온도와 20바아 이하의 압력에서 기체들로 부터 분진을 수집하는 장치에 있어서 : a)봉긋한 커버(3)의 원통형 상부 연장부(4)를 가진 내압력성 원통형 하우징(1)으로서, 하우징의 바닥에는 원추형 집진통(2)이 연결되어 있고, 내측에는 단열 벽돌 내장재(5)가 제공되고 외측에는 절연재(6)가 제공되며, 하단의 기체 입구(7)와 원통형 상부 연장부(4)의 상부 수평 기체출구(8)로 구성된 하우징(1), b) 단열 지탱 구조물(18-22)에 의해 하우징(1)에 움직일 수 있게 장착되고 관형 기체출구 포오트(11)가 있는 서양배 모양의 기체-밀폐 (gas-tight) 내측 하우징(9)으로서, 원통형 필터 요소들(13)이 고정되는 봉긋한 바닥 (12)을 포함하는 내측 하우징(9), 그리고 c) 내측 하우징(9)의 관형 기체출구 포오트 (11)와 하우징(1)의 기체출구(8)사이에 배치된 기체-밀폐 보정구(compensator) (14)를 특징으로 하는, 기체로 부터의 분진 수집 장치.
- 제1항 있어서, 하우징(1)의 원통형 상부 연장부(4)가 나사 고정 커버(15)로 닫히고 내측 하우징(9)의 U형 단면의 용접 커버(16)로 닫히는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하우징(9)이 기다란 목(17)을 갖고 있어서, 시임 용접 (17a)을 떼고 커버(16)를 다시 용접으로 연결시킴으로써 하우징(9)이 반복해서 열리고 닫힐 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1-3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하우징(9)은, 원주상으로 균일하게 이격되어 있고 원통형 지탱 요소(20)에 마련된 3개의 U형 지지체들(19)상의 러그들(18)에 의해 중심에 놓이고 움직일 수 있게 장착되며, 이 원통형 지탱요소(20)는 하우징(1)의 U형 지지체들(22) 내의 러그들(21)에 의해 중심에 놓이고 움직일 수 있게 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 러그들(18,21)과 지지체들(19,22) 사이에 단열재(23)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1-3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원통형 필터 요소들(13)이 링들(10)과 쐐기들(25)에 의해 하우징(9) 바닥(12)의 원추형 소켓들(26)에 공지의 방식으로 고정되고, 밀봉 수단(24)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제1-3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보정구(14)는 관형 기체 출구 포오트(11)와 기체 출구(8)에 용접에 의해 기체-밀폐식으로 고정되고, 관형 출구 포오트(11)에서 기체 출구(8)로의 열전달을 비임계치로 줄이도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
