Abstract

스토리컨베이어의 푸셔도그 하단부에 맞닿아서 푸셔도그를 넘어뜨리는 것이다. 선행대차 뒷바퀴에 의하여 밀어내려지는 제어스위치(9)의 온·오프작동판(10)과 이 제어스위치(9)의 작동에 의하여 푸셔도그 끌어내림 유지력을 해제하여 부상하고, 푸셔도그(D)의 하단부(T)를 밀어올려서 대차와 푸셔도그와의 걸어맞춤을 이탈시키고, 대차를 정지 저장시키는 푸셔도그 넘어짐작동판(5)을 가지는 반송대차의 스토리지장치.

제2도는 푸셔도그 넘어짐작동판의 확대정면도.
제3도는 제어스위치의 온·오프작동판의 확대정면도.
제4도는 스토리지컨베이어상의 저류대차와 푸셔도그 작동판 및 제어 스위치의 온·오프작동판과의 배치정면도이고, A는 스토리지컨베이어의 전단부위치 저류에 있어서의 배치정면도이고, B는 스토리지컨베이어의 중간위치 저류에 있어서의 배치정면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 구동컨베이어 체인에 세워지는 힘을 가하여 세우고넘어짐이 자유롭게 부착된 푸셔도그가, 대차에 세워지고 넘어져서 걸리거나 또는 이탈하여 대차를 반송하고 저장하는 스토리컨베이어에 있어서, 상기 푸셔도그의 하단을 밀어올려서 이 푸셔도그를 넘어뜨리고, 대차 걸어맞춤상태로부터 이탈시키는 밀어올림방향으로 힘이 가해지고, 또한 푸셔도그 하단의 비접촉위치까지 상기 밀어올리는 힘에 저항하여 끌어내림기구에 의하여 끌어 내려지고 푸셔도그 넘어짐작동판을 스토리지컨베이어의 대차저장구간에 설치한 스토리지장치.
  2. 구동컨베이어체인에 세워지는 힘을 가하여 세우고 넘어짐이 자유롭게 부착된 푸셔도그가, 대차에 세워지고 넘어져서 걸리거나 또는 이탈하여 대차를 반송하고 저류하는 스토리지컨베이어에 있어서, 상기 푸셔도그의 하단을 밀어올려서 이 푸셔도그를 넘어뜨리고, 대차 걸어맞춤상태로부터 이탈시키는 밀어올림방향으로 힘이 가해지고, 또한 푸셔도그 하단의 비접촉위치까지 상기 밀어올리는 힘에 저장하여 끌어내림기구에 의하여 끌어내려지는 푸셔도그 넘어짐작동판과, 이 넘어짐작동판의 대차 전진방향 전방에 선행대차의 뒷바퀴와 이 선행대차에 접하는 후속하는 다음 위치의 대차의 푸셔도그 걸어맞춤부재와의 간격으로 이격하여 배치되고, 선행대차의 뒷바퀴에 의하여 밀어내려지고 상기 푸셔도 그 넘어짐작동판의 밀어내림기구를 밀어내림작동시키는 제어스위치의 온·오프작동판을 스토리지컨베이어의 대차저류구간에 배설한 스토리지장치.
