Abstract

본 발명은 가정과 사무실등에 사용되는 문짝을 제조할때 합성수지재의 장식문짝판과 발포수지재의 문짝틀마감부재를 동이한 색상으로 성형하여 미려한 외관의 문짝을 제공함과 동시에 장식문짝판에 의해 문짝틀과 문짝틀마감부재가 모두 덮히도록 하여 장시간 사용시에도 견고한 접착력이 유지되고, 욕실에 사용하여도 습기로 인한 틈새 발생이 방지되어 사용 수명을 오래 유지시킬 수 있도록 하는 문짝의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이는 문짝틀의 소재인 각목의 일측면에 접착제를 도포하여 발포수지재의 문짝틀마감부재를 가압 접착하고 각목과 문짝틀마감부재의 정면과 배면을 동시에 절삭가공하여 문짝틀을 제작하며 그 제작된 문짝틀의 절삭면에 접착제를 도포하여 합성수지재의 장식문짝판을 정면과 배면에 가압 접착한 후 문짝틀에 가압 접착된 문짝틀마감부재와 장식문짝판의 테두리면을 동시에 절삭 가공하여 문짝을 제조하므로서 이룰 수 있는 발명이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 문짝틀을 제작하기 위하여 각목에 문짝틀마감부재를 접착하기 전 상태의 단면도.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 문짝틀을 제작하기 위하여 각목에 문짝틀마감부재를 접착한 상태의 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 제작된 문짝틀의 정면과 배면을 절삭 가공한 상태의 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명에 의한 문짝틀의 정면과 배면에 장식문짝판을 접착하는 상태를 보인 분해 사시도.
제5도는 본 발명의 문짝틀에 장식문짝판이 접착된 상태를 보인 정면예시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 문틀(2)의 소재인 각목(3)의 일측면에 접착제를 도포하고 접착제 도포면 위에 발포수지재를 쏘아서 경화되는 문틀마감부재(4)를 1차 접착한 후 그 각목(3)과 문틀마감부재(4)를 롤러 사이로 통과시켜 2차로 가압 접착하며, 가압 접착된 각목(3)과 문틀마감부재(4)의 정면측과 배면측을 동시에 절삭가공하여 문짝틀(2)을 제작하고 그 절삭가공면에 에폭시 접착제를 도포하여 문틀(2) 보다 큰 합성수지재의 장식문짝판(6)(7)을 정면과 배면에 1차 접착한 후 1차 접착된 문틀(2)과 장식문짝판(6)(7)을 70℃정도의 압축실에 30장 정도 적층하여 압축기로2시간 정도 2차 가압 접착하며, 가압 접착된 문틀(2)과 장식문짝판(6)(7)은 그 테두리를 함께 절삭 가공하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 문짝의 제조방법.
