- 차량의 본체(10)에 장착된 전륜 쇽 압쇼바(1) 및 후륜 쇽 압쇼바(2)를 구비하여 주행중인 차량에서 발생하는 진동이나 충격을 흡수하는 퍼지추론을 이용한 자동차의 현가 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 본체(10)에 내장되어 차량의 속도, 횡 가속도, 브레이크 작동신호, 드로틀밸브의 열린 정도, 수직가속도를 감지하는 감지수단부(40), 승차감의 향상을 위하여 상기 감지수단부(40)에서 입력된 수직가속도값을 보정하는 보정수단부(50), 상기 감지수단부(40) 및 보정수단부(50)에서 입력된 변수값으로 퍼지추론을 실행하는 퍼지추론부(60), 상기 퍼지추론부(60)에서 출력된 추론 결과의 비퍼지화를 수행하여 상기 전륜 쇽 압쇼바(1)의 댐핑 값 및 후륜 쇽 압쇼바(2)의 댐핑값을 출력하는 전자제어부(8)로 이루어져 차량의 주행상태에 따라 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 가변하여 차량 안정싱 및 승차감을 향상하는 퍼지추론을 이용한 자동차의 현가 제어장치.
- 감지수단부, 보정수단부, 퍼지추론부 및 전자제어부를 구비하여 주행중인 차량에서 발생하는 진동이나 충격을 흡수하는 퍼지추론을 이용한 자동차의 현가 제어방법에 있어서, 차량의 속도가 저속이면, 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 크게 유지하는 제1법칙, 차량의 속도가 고속이면, 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 중간으로 유지하는 제2법칙, 차량의 속도가 중속이면, 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 작게 유지하는 제3법칙, 주행중인 차량이 고속이고, 제동동작이 감지되었다면 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 크게 유지하는 제4법칙, 주행중인 차량이 고속이고, 드로틀밸브가 많이 열려 있다면 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 크게 유지하는 제5법칙, 주행중인 차량에서 발생하는 횡가속도가 중간 이상이면 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 크게 유지하는 제6법칙, 주행중인 차량에서 발생하는 수직가속도가 중간 이상이면 쇽 압쇼바의 댐핑값을 크게 유지하는 제7법칙으로 이루어진 퍼지추론을 이용한 자동차의 현가 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
